16/03/2026: A very pleasant restaurant in the heart of Dieppe, just steps from the marina. It's a far cry from touristy terraces and pre-packaged meals: here, the food is prepared on-site with passion and skill. Since we're on the English Channel, don't expect to dine at 10 pm: in Dieppe, fine dining restaurants usually open around 7 pm, and the chef discreetly leaves the dining room at 9:15 pm. That said, the place is ideal for lovers of fresh fish, cooked to perfection and accompanied by carefully prepared side dishes. Others won't be disappointed either: for my part, I enjoyed a casserole of lamb shank simmered in sauce that was well worth the trip. While the prices are generally around €28-30 per dish, you get a very generous portion: so you definitely get your money's worth. During our visit, the service was provided by two attentive and eager young women, under the watchful and benevolent eye of the owner, who offered advice with precision and firmness, without ever being offensive or unpleasant. By the way: don't forget to order dessert; they are original and of very high quality. Special mention goes to the chocolate trio: flavorful and exquisitely delicate. One minor drawback: there is a limited selection of wines by the glass, which is a bit of a shame. In any case, don't hesitate to visit this bistro (or rather, make a reservation, as the place was packed on Saturday night!). You'll have a great time.

11/03/2026: This place lives up to its reputation: excellent, 100% homemade dishes, including the bread! No complaints whatsoever. The waitresses are incredibly attentive, and the food is simply delicious every time I come… The only slight downside: I asked twice if it was possible to change my dessert, even though I had chosen the set menu. They said yes; only to tell me, when the bill arrived, that it would be an extra charge… But I'll be back again and again, especially to take advantage of their great weekday lunch special 🙌👌

23/03/2026: A real gem near Rouen, on the banks of the Seine! It was a pleasant discovery and a magical birthday present for me. Real French cuisine, but it's better to start with how elegantly the team of this restaurant welcomed me! The choice of dishes is sufficient even for picky customers. I discovered a restaurant for myself, where I will return after exhausting work weeks, here, on the banks of the Seine, to the silence and paradise for gourmets. Thank you to the chef, the owner, and the entire team, you made my day a real holiday!
