La Fringale
Bayeux
25/09/2026: We stopped off for a light lunch. Moules frites and a pizza . The pizza was a thin crust Napoli type which was tasty and hot. The mussels were in a delicious sauce , very tasty although small it didn’t matter , the sauce was one of the best we have had . Service was good from the two young staff. Only problem was outside we were pestered by wasps and had to go inside. There must be a wasp nest nearby
24/09/2026: Took a while to take our order, then 45 minutes to receive it (2×margarita pizzas, salad & fries). They didn't bring the fries but didn't charge for them either. Salad leaves and dressing were amazing! Pizzas were so- so (more like a flat bead, too much oregano) Had to ask a couple of times for water.

Le Bistrot de la Galette
Bayeux
09/08/2026: Zaatar Man'ouche flatbread + Raw vegetables + Labneh 🥰
27/07/2026: The food was delicious, but the prices were overpriced for what was offered. It's worth trying once for the experience.

La Mie Caline
Bayeux
23/09/2026: Very satisfied, it was delicious and the service was excellent.
The team seems great 👍
22/08/2026: On Saturday, August 22nd at 6 PM, one of the waitresses petted a dog outside, then went back inside to serve customers without washing her hands. As a result, I didn't buy anything. Hygiene needs improvement; I won't be returning!

La maison blanche
Bayeux
03/04/2026: Still taking bookings but the restaurant has closed down
25/10/2025: I had a table booked two days prior, arrived at 8 pm (the reservation time) only to find the door locked.
Of course, without any prior notification.
Under these circumstances, I wouldn't presume to judge the food.

McDonald's
Bayeux
27/09/2026: A truly disappointing experience. The order took forever, there were mistakes in the preparation, and the service was far from pleasant. No effort was made to correct the problems encountered.
When you pay for a service, you expect at least to receive what you ordered and to be treated properly. Here, nothing was as expected.
An experience I definitely do not wish to repeat. I do not recommend it.
25/09/2026: error in the order, as often happens

Le Petit Normand
Bayeux
04/09/2024: Lovely restaurant and excellent service
Delicious Onion soup and Warm Shrimp Salad. Reasonable prices and a great location!

06/08/2024: Everything was perfect. Mastered and tasty cuisine. The lovely and efficient staff. The decoration done with great taste. The value for money is truly exceptional. We hesitated to come back the next day to finish tasting the menu! We highly recommend and we will happily return.
