23/08/2024: Very pretty pastry shop and tea room, we were very well received, the staff were smiling. If we can, I think we will come back to try the pistachio flan which we unfortunately did not have time to taste... Although a little expensive, but it's worth it.

06/09/2024: Welcome to a retro 70/80’s journey with the restaurant’s decoration. Not much choice on the menu but everything is homemade and very good. The Bagels are very good and well filled.

17/10/2024: ¡No podíamos irnos de Normandía sin comer un crepé! Esta crepería se encuentra en un hermoso edificio de piedra adyacente a la catedral. Tenía un dulce crepé, y estaba bastante bueno. La única cosa que diría es que la cantidad de crema y chocolate en el crepé estaba casi por encima de la parte superior - mis arterias no me dan las gracias por comerlo!

08/12/2024: Fast food of very good quality, also open on Sundays and there is a choice. We were very well received despite the fact that the manager had to resolve a problem with a group of around ten people who were visibly surly and in bad faith. In business as in life, respect is reciprocal and I have the feeling that the “goodwill” that appeared during Covid is only a distant memory. So this place is, for my wife and me, a place to remember.

10/11/2024: To avoid, or as a last resort. The prices charged (11€ for a complete pancake, neither very good nor copious, the green salad supplement at 2€50) are completely out of sync with the quality of the food and the place: large plates, tables that stick and above all a large hood problem. The room is filled with a thick smell of burning grease. The service is ok. We were with a small child who was hungry so no choice, otherwise we would have left.

30/07/2024: I'm from Bayeux and yet never came before this afternoon. Meals in the garden under the trees like at home. Very reasonable price. Top kitchen and waitress. I would come back to it. THANKS

25/07/2024: A very good brasserie with home cooking and unbeatable prices. I highly recommend for a good meal without breaking the bank! (Lunch menu at 13.50 euros)

A place for sharing, meeting and surprise, without forgetting tasting, because of course the superb VB team is there to help us discover quality products, from wine to beer and certain spirits. They are real specialists, you can trust them in the choice of your bottles. Don’t hesitate to discover good beers at the bar, with a sausage or an aperitif board. It’s a very friendly and family-friendly place where you won’t see the time passing by. I highly recommend

17/09/2024: Small pizzas, but quite good. This pizzeria was described to me as the best in Bayeux, but perhaps it has lost its place.

02/09/2024: Inexpensive, very friendly hotel in an ideal location right next to the train station. All of the city's attractions are within walking distance. The room is a bit old and quite small (shower and toilet were added later), but well maintained and very colorful. The mattress was comfortable. Since it was warm and we slept with the window open, the traffic got a little louder in the morning. An inexpensive French breakfast was served downstairs in the relaxed bar, which is obviously family-run and frequented by locals in the morning. The hotel has been family-run for several generations. The operator was extremely hospitable and had a lot of history to tell. He was also gallant and carried the heavy bag upstairs for our friend who was traveling with us.

16/08/2024: Very well received, with a smile the little dog in a stroller was very well received. The boss has a smile, the dishes are really fresh, the meat is perfectly cooked, blue as I like it and hot on the outside, the green beans are delicious, tender, I highly recommend. The perfect whipped chocolate waffle
