25/05/2026: My goal was to have a nice time with my two sons in a good restaurant, and that's exactly what we did. All three of us enjoyed everything (the menu selection, the dishes, the service, and the value for money). It's an address we'll definitely remember because, while we love discovering new places, we also return to restaurants where we feel valued. The staff was incredibly attentive. They truly do everything to ensure the customer has a wonderful experience. A special shout-out to the waitress we made laugh with an unusual request—she'll know who she is. Again, we had a great time. I highly recommend this restaurant and even its bar area, having been there before during the day, just for a quick coffee. See you soon!

06/06/2026: Husband and wife team bringing culinary excellence to Caen. This is not artsy fartsy food but traditional French home cooking at its best. We just finished our meal and we are so pleased. The restaurant was packed and the co-owner Marie was out front taking care of everyone. Would definitely recommend.

25/07/2026: A truly wonderful experience at this Italian restaurant where the service is pleasant and attentive to the well-being of its customers. The food was exquisite. The appetizers (gazpacho and eggplant) were flavorful and perfectly seasoned. I was worried about the trendy pasta dish, but it was flawless. The balance of flavors, the explanations, the portions... As for the desserts: incredible! I've never eaten such delicious frozen nougatine or a panna cotta with so much visible and flavorful vanilla. A beautiful and indulgent Italian restaurant that I'd been wanting to try for a long time, and it won me over completely!

The best pasta I've had in a restaurant in a very long time. Excellent service with very friendly waiters and the lady at the reception. A restaurant you'll want to return to.

18/04/2026: It starts with a simple and warm welcome in a pleasant setting. Then a thoughtful touch: "That was the last of the wine in the bottle, so I gave you more." Then comes the delicious, simple (without being simplistic) and high-quality cuisine. Even the tap water is good, as is the background music. All for €17 (€5 extra for dessert). You can also eat outside on a historic street in Caen that's not as "cold" as its name might suggest.

05/07/2026: The welcome and service weren't very pleasant; we felt like we were bothering them. Furthermore, the sushi wasn't worth the price. When it came time to pay, the manager had the "kindness" to tell us to ask the waiter about taking away the remaining sushi. He'd been in the kitchen for about ten minutes, and I'm not paying him to do your job, sorry! What's more, five minutes earlier, the man had been washing up in front of us and left us waiting without acknowledging us or asking how our meal had gone. Unfortunately, I had high expectations given the restaurant's reputation. We won't be going back. I suggest you consider other options where they know how to be friendly and respectful.

15/06/2026: Before 3 pm, it's not the right time, even though it says "bar and restaurant." After 6 pm, it's no longer the right time for tea. When should we come?

07/07/2026: Undoubtedly the best place for lunch! Seasonal dishes elevated to a bistronomic standard offer unbeatable value for money (and a well-prepared vegetarian option is always available). The service is also fantastic, attentive, and accommodating! Just one small tip: be careful with the homemade bread, it's truly addictive 😄… so you can save room for dessert, where you'll always find a little piece of your favorite cake 🍰. In short, I've been eating there regularly for three years, and I never get tired of it!!

12/07/2026: A very good experience. Our dog was given water as soon as we were seated on the terrace—a nice little touch. The salads and pizzas were very good. My dessert was equally delicious. I recommend this place.

13/04/2026: Rock system with a card you have to load money onto. Then you have to tap your own beer. You get a different beer at every table. What if you want a drink when there are people sitting there? Not for me... .

06/07/2026: Excellent find in Caen! The pizzas were excellent and high quality, a Tartufo and a Forestière. The service was impeccable, the restaurant was quiet and nicely decorated. The prices were reasonable. I'll definitely come back if I'm ever in Caen again.
