The service is also fantastic, attentive, and accommodating! Just one small tip: be careful with the homemade bread, it's truly addictive 😄… so you can save room for dessert, where you'll always find a little piece of your favorite cake 🍰. In short, I've been eating there regularly for three years, and I never get tired of it!!

30/07/2026: Wir hatten einen fantastischen Abend bei Stéphane Carbone, besonders mit Mehdi, der im Service sympathisch und wortgewandt auf all unsere Wünsche eingegangen ist. Wir hatten a 7-Gang Menu and the vegan 4-Gang Menu were sogar etwas erweitert, damit keiner dem anderen nur beim Essen zuschauen musste. Die Weinbegleitung war ebenfalls wunderbar. Ganz besonders wird unas Dessert en Erinnerung bleiben, das mit einer Tomato einen ungewöhnlichen Hauptdarsteller hatte. Also a Hund will be wunderbar umsorgt. We had a fantastic evening at Stéphane Carbone's, thanks in particular to Mehdi, who was very kind and articulate in answering all our questions. We enjoyed a seven-course menu, and the four-course vegan menu was even slightly expanded so that no one was left simply watching the other eat. The wine pairing was also wonderful. The dessert will remain a highlight and a memorable moment, showcasing an unusual star ingredient – ​​the tomato. Our dog was also very well looked after. Thank you so much!

The warm welcome and the owners' smiles make this place a must-visit on Rue Guillaume le Conquérant. Special mention for the owner's consistently exceptional welcome. 08/09/2026: A varied menu, with dishes as beautiful as in the photos and, above all, as delicious! The ingredients are fresh, the plates are beautifully presented, and everything was truly excellent. A nice bonus: the restaurant is accommodating to allergies, allowing you to fully enjoy your meal without any stress. And to top it all off, the entire team is absolutely lovely, always smiling and attentive. A fantastic place that we happily recommend!

04/09/2026: Order placed at 7:07 PM for delivery scheduled for 8:00 PM. The website showed it as being prepared at 8:20 PM, but it was impossible to reach you by phone (20 minutes without getting through to anyone, I had to contact another sushi maker to check if you were closed). Still no information and therefore no meal, despite having paid. It's 9:00 PM and nothing at all. Finally, at 9:15 PM, a text message announcing the upcoming delivery. Delivery at 9:37 PM, so exactly 2 hours and 30 minutes to get spring rolls and noodles... It would be nice to at least receive some financial compensation. No information is unacceptable.

16/09/2026: Taken for the first time by my wife, who has made this restaurant her go-to spot for gourmet dining, I was blown away by the inventiveness of the meals at the price they're offered (€23 for a complete meal (starter, main course, and dessert at lunchtime)). Following on from the "table of contents," the quality of the food is truly exceptional, at an unbeatable price. How does the chef achieve such a feat?

09/09/2026: An excellent dinner at this warm and tastefully decorated restaurant. We received a friendly welcome upon arrival, and the service continued in the same attentive and efficient manner, with excellent timing. We opted for the Discovery Menu, but the entire menu was tempting. The ingredients were fresh, with perfectly balanced flavors, and the dishes were as beautiful as they were generous. We took the time to select wines by the glass to best complement our meals, and the suggestions were ideal. The desserts, refreshing on this slightly warm evening (but thankfully the restaurant was air-conditioned), were delicious, with enough choice to suit all tastes. All this at a very reasonable price. A truly wonderful place that I wholeheartedly recommend!
