24/08/2024: Restaurant visité le jeudi 15 août au soir. Salle petite, mais ambiance sereine. C'était notre deuxième dîner dans cet établissement. De nouveau, après le cocktail maison, nous avons pris le menu Découverte, composé d'un mélange d'entrées, puis de plusieurs plats (photo). Un repas copieux, arrosé de rosé arménien pour une cuisine faite maison à partir, c'est évident, de produits frais. Des propriétaires des plus avenants, qui plus est. What else ?
Pour nous, une adresse désormais incontournable à Caen, pour ne pas être déçu.

29/08/2024: Everything has changed, expeditious service still with our mouths full as we remove the appetizers and don't even start! the aperitif, the starter, the main course and the dessert! No exaggeration! Quantities revised significantly downwards 😬 we will surely not come back!
26/08/2024: As I don't eat animals, I took a vegetarian plate which was frankly mediocre, composed of raw vegetables found in the fridge and mashed potatoes quickly reheated in the microwave for €16.90, it's a bit pathetic …unfortunately no choice because there is no other vegetarian alternative…. Honestly, remove this dish from the menu if it bothers you to make vegetarian dishes. However extremely fast and quality service, the place is great.

22/09/2024: Explore other restaurants around! No need to leave your money here. If you decide to go, don't order beef nor shellfish.
Poor service: the blonde waitress is rude and takes your drinks and food before you are finished. Nevermind that she doesn't pay attention to your requests.
Food is average (too expensive for the quality) and the atmosphere is nice.
The restaurant is well located.
I'm sure that with a lengthy and thorough retraining of the blonde waitress a lot can be improved. This bad service made a big negative impression on us.

Home cooking with a menu changing throughout the seasons/weeks.
Very happy that a vegetarian alternative can be available on request, with a real vegetarian meal (generally proteins are forgotten and we only have vegetables and starches).
Good value for money!

30/08/2024: Excellent biscuits with different and rich fillings. Professional and quick service. The house wine, at a good price, is not to be missed. I recommend the galettes with Jamon Serrano (the others are with cooked ham), the one with salmon is also good. If you want to spend little and eat the typical one, I recommend the Complete Creme (which is without fried egg) at 9.50 euros. Average per head of 15/18 euros.

13/09/2024: Invitée par mon fils à l'occasion de mon anniversaire, j'ai découvert ce restaurant avec grand plaisir. Un accueil chaleureux, un cadre très agréable, pas trop bruyant. L'équipe est aux petits soins, très attentive au bien être des clients.
Les plats sont savoureux, cuisinés avec de bons produits. Une mention spéciale pour le magret de canard accompagné de pommes de terre grenaille et de sa sauce au miel et framboise. Le burger est aussi de grande qualité.
Une excellente adresse ! A découvrir sans hésitation !

And we are won over... a game lover, I will be able to discover new ones before buying... which one will be able to dethrone Terraforming Mars?? We had a pleasant dinner there, and the desserts are really great... the welcome is very friendly, we are very well advised on fun little atmospheric games which we all enjoyed.... See you very soon. Very very good as usual
Superb tagliatelle, succulent lobster ravioli, copious parma chiffonade. Beef carpaccio etc., we don't know what to choose. For dessert, a large, light and tasty tiramisu. ONE OF THE BEST

17/08/2024: Had a lovely visit last night, had the Ivan Menu and the food was inventive and delicious. We have been to 10/12 michelin star restaurants in the UK, but this was our first in France, and it lived up to our expectations. We didn't speak great French and really appreciated the staff accommodating us in English (other reviews should remember this is a privilege, not a right!)
This place is a bit of a hidden gem and well worth a visit.
