27/04/2026: Neighborhood snacks/salads. The decor is a bit kitschy as you walk by. But you can't judge a book by its cover. It can be very good for not much money. I had a coffee, which was good, and a slice of flan—excuse the understatement—at €2.80 a slice, mind you. The flan was far from "substantial" compared to local bakeries where they're homemade, more substantial, and cheaper. €2.80 for a cookie, or a small piece of brownie, etc.—the price itself isn't so shocking. The quantity for the price is more than excessive, especially if it's not homemade.

Bland dishes, pork spring rolls with a greasy taste, shrimp ravioli that were mostly dough with very little filling, overcooked and tasteless shrimp dumplings, dry and flavorless samosas... far too expensive for what it was... I won't be repeating the experience and won't be trying the restaurant in person given their low standards for delivery orders. Avoid at all costs

Nevertheless, I encourage you to come and discover this relaxing little haven, with its vintage decor reminiscent of our beloved grandmothers' tea rooms!

I urgently needed to use the restroom, and despite my insistence, I was refused permission to use it. I find this a ridiculous lack of solidarity, especially since I specified that I'm a long-time customer. Therefore, I feel compelled to provide a full and objective review of this shop's products, which are quite mediocre. The quiches are extremely sparsely filled, the cookies aren't the best in the neighborhood, and the reason I came was simply the absence of a queue. Finally, the prices are outrageous considering the quantity and quality. I think it's reasonable to say that if such behavior occurs, it's probably due to toxic management that employees are forced to endure.

14/05/2026: As a regular customer of this restaurant with my parents for several years, I usually have nothing to complain about: everything is perfect, and the servers are always very friendly. However, I went there last night after calling ahead to ask if it was possible to come just for dessert. We arrived at 9:55 pm, five minutes before they stopped admitting customers. We were made to understand that we were "right on the edge," and I didn't really feel welcome, even though other customers were still being served at that hour. The most disappointing part was the profiteroles: the choux pastries were very small and hard, as if they were from the day before (even though I know this dessert very well from this restaurant, which is usually excellent). I'm simply disappointed that the quality wasn't up to par, under the pretext that we arrived at the end of service.

31/03/2026: A really nice bar, the servers are lovely, the atmosphere is very relaxed, and the prices are very reasonable (well below the average on Rue Écuyère). Special mention goes to their seafood, which is excellent! I highly recommend this place, which hosted many of my student nights out!

15/05/2026: An extremely unpleasant waiter who made my friends and me feel terrible. He complained several times that we were over the safety line with the road; it was only 2 or 3 cm, and we certainly weren't the only ones during peak hours. Waiters at other bars say it much more politely, but he said it very angrily. He then complained that there were six of us crammed around one table and asked us to move closer, which was impossible because of the people at the other tables who were spread out. We decided to quickly finish our drinks and leave. When the garbage truck came by, three people from our group were already up and waiting on the other side of the road. There were four of us when the waiter came to collect our drinks, and he made a sarcastic comment: "Ah, that's much better." If this is how customers are treated, then they can keep their unpleasant waiters.
