08/07/2025: A group of 20 people welcomed us on the evening of June 17th by the smiling and friendly manager on the terrace in a peaceful setting on a charming little stone square. We had a choice of 3 starters, 3 main courses, and 3 desserts; everything was perfect. Quality service.
We highly recommend this place.
30/06/2025: A friendly atmosphere, as well as the staff. For one, the tripe was worth the detour. For another, a perfect burger, apparently. And the third settled for a salad, not bad! We're even tempted to come back. Too bad it's so far away.

27/08/2024: This restaurant is a superb discovery. The bosses are super nice! Homemade pizza dough cooking in a pizza oven. I'm sure they're really good! The prices are super affordable and what's more, they offer a lot of quantity. There is an additional student rate. In short, I'm going back soon for their Thursday offer and I'm advertising them to my friends!

11/09/2024: Pizza Amalfi is one of the oldest pizzerias in Caen! More than 40 years of serving customers! Today it is still true to its reputation! Very nice composition of pizza, pasta and other very generous and delicious specialties!
Located in the center of Caen, Pizza Amalfi offers a beautiful menu and impeccable service! The desserts are more classic in terms of quality and originality but remain very affordable from a price point of view!
You have the management's smile to boot!
Well done !!! Quality and service these days are a rather rare commodity, so don't hesitate to go to this establishment with your eyes closed! You won't regret it, you just need a little patience

07/12/2024: After playing at the Théâtre à l'Ouest next door, we came to dinner at Carlotta.
Warm welcome from the owner.
Very attentive service.
A dozen oysters and a glass of Chardonay to start the meal off right.
The setting is chic and cozy. The Carlotta is a very pleasant brasserie and the dishes are tasteful.
This evening, we're going back: I'm going to taste my Tripes, "Tripière d'Or 2024" :)
23/11/2024: Le Carlotta, brasserie réputée sur les quais à Caen, à la déco désuète , nous a vraiment déçus. Rien n’était franchement mauvais mais rien n’était non plus franchement bon: de la brasserie classique sans le petit twist qui te donne envie de revenir. Si l’on excepte les tripes, les autres plats manquaient de générosité. En revanche la générosité se retrouve sur l’addition, bien plus assaisonnée que certains de nos plats.

14/10/2024: カーン城の南西に位置するケバブ屋さんで、店内での食事と持ち帰りが選択可能。カーン市トラム、Saint Pierre駅から徒歩２分ほどの便利な場所にあり、フランスのとある有名人が取り上げてから人気が高いらしい。
このお店の特徴は独特なソースとスパイスにあるそうで、甘辛いソースが食欲をそそる。またピクルスでの酸味が良いアクセントになっており、飽きずに一気に食べることが出来る。
フライドポテトも付け合わせで頼むことが出来、上述のソースにつけながら食べるのが美味しい。
22/09/2024: Sans aucun doute le meilleur kebab que j’ai mangé avec en supplément un personnel au top. La bonne humeur et la gentillesse de l’équipe viennent parfaire le repas.

And unfortunately it has changed a lot
The dishes are good, nothing to complain about, but the quantity has decreased significantly and the prices have increased (the price paid at the cash register is still not digested)
Too bad because we won't come back
05/09/2024: We have eaten here several times and also had takeaway several times.
We are still very satisfied with the service, the quality of the dishes and the value for money. Apero, starter, main course, naan: 30th per head and more room for dessert.
