01/08/2026: I've been there three times and I've never been disappointed! The food is delicious, the ingredients are high quality, and the service is always pleasant. The staff is welcoming and cheerful, and you feel comfortable every time you visit. It's a place I highly recommend and where I'll gladly return!

26/07/2026: The risotto and octopus were excellent. The service was very good and there was hardly any wait for the food.

04/08/2026: There were eight of us, and none of the dishes were good. The waitress "forgot" to tell us that they don't have filo pastry on Sundays, so we were served a stale loaf of white bread instead, without even an apology or a discount 🙃. Even the water was undrinkable; frankly, nothing is right about this restaurant. The mussels are excessively salty to mask their bland taste, and even the fries aren't good (most likely frozen). Very expensive for such poor quality food and service that could be much more pleasant.

29/07/2026: We were very (too) cramped on the terrace, the food was good but not high-end, so the prices were too high for what was served. The waitress wasn't particularly friendly, no hello or goodbye, but she was attentive to requests at the table.

25/07/2026: Called in for lunch and were blown away by the service and the delicious food, all the staff were friendly and attentive but special shout out to Gina who was great with all the children. 10/10

22/07/2026: Avoid at all costs! The service was far too slow. The portions were quite small. There was only a tiny slice of andouille sausage in the starter, and the butcher's cut shouldn't exceed 150g. The desserts were overly sweet... The staff wasn't very welcoming, except for one of the waiters... In short, we definitely don't recommend it!

21/07/2026: Very bad experience, lack of hygiene, failure to follow order instructions and overcharging, the taste was also disappointing, very greasy, poor quality products, very unpleasant shopkeeper, avoid at all costs.

01/12/2025: My favorite little restaurant in the old port area. The Camembert crisp is absolutely delicious, and the chicken à la Normande is one of my favorite dishes. The restaurant is pleasant and the food is always good. I highly recommend it.

30/11/2025: If you're used to cooking, don't go to this restaurant. We didn't enjoy the dishes at all, especially the sea bass and scallops. As for the wine by the glass, you don't see the bottle because it's not served in front of you. The tarte Tatin dessert was okay. I wanted to try it despite the rather negative reviews. I can confirm the reviews…

11/07/2026: Okay so let start with location - yeah it’s good, in the center…(the last positive bit of feedback) Service - it’s hard to describe how poor the level of service was, minimal efforts all around - would have given half a star if I could.. in other Radissons I have stopped at the service is incredible, certainly training needed here…. Okay the room 1. I actually liked the decor, it fitted well with the surrounding area 2. Tv didn’t work, nor did the phone to ask about this to staff (we were outside of the hotel on a different site so was incredible Loud of a side street) 3. It was on a side street so bring headphones to drown out the sound 4. It’s summer, no air con, no fans, no fridge 5. Taps leaking onto the floor in the rooms 6. Dangerous hazards across the rooms, splintering doors, uneven flooring Overall forget this places is a hotel, it’s not….. so don’t picture it…, I would say this place is a pretty poor Airbnb at best. We have certainly been hustled and I want to save everyone else 300+ for this terrible establishment

20/06/2026: Hotel looks charming on the outside but feels shabby on the inside. Rooms are furnished in a twee fashion with junk furniture and contain shabby carpets. All areas including the room smell strongly of air freshener which suggests a problem with damp or just uncleanliness. It was so strong that even with the windows open all day it still smelled of it. Staff weren’t interested and remarked that they liked the smell so that was that. They did offer a room swap but all the rooms smelled the same. It’s a shame. The place needs a lot of money spending on it to make the insider as glorious as the outside. However I must say that the room was pretty cheap so some might enjoy it especially if you have no sense of smell. The location in front of the cathedral cannot be beaten.

11/03/2026: While strolling through town at lunchtime, we stopped in front of this restaurant, which looked inviting from the outside. At the entrance, there was no greeting. We sat down anyway and looked at the menu. Since it simply didn't correspond to what we were in the mood for, we politely decided to leave, after apologizing. It was then that the manager—who hadn't seen fit to speak to us until then—exclaimed loudly: "They're leaving, that's enough, bye." It's always surprising to see how some establishments manage to distinguish themselves not by the quality of their food, but by the sheer poverty of their customer service. A customer has every right not to be drawn to a menu. However, subjecting them to such vulgar remarks reveals a particularly worrying level of professionalism. Clearly, in this establishment, respect for the customer is not only absent: it seems to be fully embraced.

06/08/2026: For a busy August, we had good service. The oysters were delicious, as were all the other dishes. We opted for the €32 package, which includes an entree, a main course, and a dessert. Everything was good. A great experience. The young waitress was really good and kind.

18/07/2026: A fairly good experience. The reviews greatly amplified the restaurant's kitchen issues. The service was friendly and efficient. The cooking was generally done correctly. However, midway through service, the speed of service slowed considerably. We could see desserts melting on the counter, including ours.

17/07/2026: We have very mixed feelings about this restaurant… There were two waitresses present; one was pleasant, the other disdainful and arrogant. The service wasn't supervised by a manager, so both waitresses were working both inside and on the terrace. Our drinks were slammed on the table, and the waitress's fingers were touching the rims of the glasses: yuck! One dish, a fondue, was good and generous. The other dish, ribs, was good, but the portion was really insufficient: four large bones with a little bit of meat, some fries, and a small salad. So, we decided not to order dessert to end this unpleasant experience. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the waitress, her attitude was rude. A person behind the bar, claiming to be in charge of the restaurant, didn't even intervene in the face of the waitress's haughty behavior. Avoid this restaurant if you value a warm and polite welcome.
