20/07/2026: A very disappointing experience. The welcome was confusing from the moment we arrived, with visible tension among the staff. Although the menu didn't mention "homemade," a waitress verbally assured us that everything was. However, the overall quality of the food left us very skeptical: the appetizers were crumbled, the bread was of very poor quality, and the mussels were tiny (see photo, there's plenty of room in the shell 😅). The Riesling we ordered was undrinkable; we did, however, appreciate the owner's gesture of goodwill in refunding us. We preferred to leave without dessert and will not be returning.

18/07/2026: The waitress with glasses and an unpleasant bob haircut made you think you were bothering her when you asked her for a service…

08/08/2026: So-so. The presentation deserves a special mention… My 6-year-old daughter probably would have done a better job. A big blob of Nutella placed in the middle of the crepe, without even spreading it… That's a bit shabby for a restaurant. We eat with our eyes too!

27/08/2026: We ate at L'Arcène last night. To begin with, we received a very poor welcome. The menu is completely incomprehensible. When we opened it, we had no idea what we were going to eat. But that's not all... The dishes lacked seasoning, there was no originality, the ribeye steak wasn't trimmed, the sole was overcooked.... All for an exorbitant price.

26/08/2026: ★★★★★ Excellent restaurant in Honfleur! We had a wonderful time at L’Âtre. Everything was delicious and perfectly executed, from the amuse-bouche to the main course. A huge thank you for the attention given to our son, who has celiac disease: everything was adapted with great care, right down to the bread, including the straw potatoes cooked separately. It was a real peace of mind for us. Special mention also goes to the wine recommendation, which was truly excellent and perfectly complemented the meal. Well done to the entire team for the quality, the warm welcome, and the professionalism. We highly recommend it and will gladly return next time we're in the area!

14/07/2026: And one more star is too much. My family and I sat down at a table for six. We asked him to clean the table, and he didn't do it with enthusiasm. We could tell the cloth was dirty! We asked him to clean it again, and the man replied, "Listen, if you're not happy, 'GET LOST!' I won't serve you!" No need to argue about the cloth; he put down a tablecloth. We left and went to another restaurant, unaware that it was the same owner. He went to the waitresses and told them they wouldn't serve those people. Being in the restaurant business, I find it unacceptable to refuse a table of six and speak like that.

12/07/2026: An experience to forget, lacking professionalism and zero hospitality. A group of eight people were rudely ejected because they had ordered only one bottle of cider with two crisps. When we complained, the resentful owner claimed he couldn't grant a table for eight people for just one bottle. When we pointed out that some of us were drivers and couldn't drink, the owner rudely asked us to leave.

23/08/2026: Warm service with even helping to adjust the table for stability. The food quality is so well worth the price, the crunchy fries, the creative dip sauce! The apple crepe is a must try!

19/07/2026: Disappointing. The mussels were translucent, just the smell of Roquefort cheese but no taste... I think the seasoning was very light. I'm rather disappointed and won't be back.

18/07/2026: Honestly, nothing to complain about. Excellent service, friendly and pleasant waiter, top-notch food, very affordable prices. I highly recommend it.

26/04/2026: We stayed at the Manoir des Impressionnistes in Honfleur. The hotel is magnificent and located right on the seafront. We had a spacious room with a sea view. The restaurant has a Michelin star and is exceptional; we couldn't have been more satisfied. Special mention goes to the receptionists and concierge; their hospitality and service were top-notch and outstanding! Everything was perfect!
