29/09/2024: Passing through Cabourg with my mother, we finally decided to come to Houlgate late to eat. At past 9 p.m., it was the only restaurant that welcomed us, we were very well received, with a smile and a friendliness that is rare today. We ate really well and were not disappointed to have come to eat there. We'll come back!

17/12/2024: This is the second time we have come to dine at Eden. The cuisine is excellent, inventive and the service impeccable and good advice for wine. A small downside for the decor but that remains subjective!
We will come back without hesitation.

Délicate attention du personnel avec une bougie sur le désert de mamie.
15/09/2024: Le personnel est aux petits soins, le patron est très sympathique. Les moules normandes sont très bonnes ainsi que les pizzas. Restaurant ayant une salle donnant sur la mer. Adresse que l’on garde pour notre prochaine venue à Houlgate.

16/11/2024: We had a great culinary time in this restaurant. Excellent pizza and just as excellent homemade nougat (nougat and tiramisu).
I highly recommend. Only point of improvement in my opinion - the decor of the room which lacks a little style.

The pizzas are good but nothing more. Semolina pasta is not to my taste in any case.

01/04/2024: Two peaceful nights in a bucolic and contemporary setting; with copious and excellent breakfasts and a dinner that would be worth a Michelin macaron for the quality of the products and the great refinement of the dishes; all our encouragement for this very deserving young couple with a friendly welcome!

19/09/2024: Excellent Camembert mussels and a well-filled Normandy burger with real ground steak. The gourmet coffee is really hearty. I gave 4 stars for the fries which were not homemade but otherwise everything was very good. And a little extra: pleasant service. I recommend

25/08/2024: Very bad experience. 5 people in store and 2 people in service normally this should be smooth. A customer asks for 4 sandwiches, we make 1 for her and we tell her we don't have time to make the others!!??. A person assigned to supply the windows, she scratches her hair and blows on top of the cakes because she seems disinterested in what she is doing, too bad it is only 7:30 a.m. and HACCP!!!! A 6th customer arrives and walks past everyone under the pretext that he has a loyalty card!!??
The products may be good, but I turned back and this allowed me to discover the perfect place facing the covered market.
11/08/2024: Passant la période d'été a Houlgate depuis fin juin, j'achète en général le pain et les croissants pour le week end. Or, depuis début août, j'ai pu constater que ces fameux croissants sont 2 fois plus petits, non seulement ont changé de forme, ont la forme de croissants en supermarché et on a l'impression de mini croissants. Je trouve cela bien triste et choquant. C'est l'été et on en profite. On pourrait mieux traiter les clients réguliers.Tres déçue, je n'en achèterai plus.
