19/02/2026: We always have a wonderful time, and sitting by the large wood-burning stove in this weather is so comforting. The food is fabulous, the menu concept is excellent, and the portions are generous. Five stars for the service! I don't know her name, but she's the only one in the dining room, always smiling, and she takes the time to chat and explain the dishes as if it were her own restaurant. See you very soon!

01/02/2026: We rented a bungalow last summer in this park, booking directly with the owner.
It was very well-equipped and reasonably priced.
The complex was quiet, the pool was lovely and clean, and the grounds were beautifully landscaped. Located in the center of the island, it's a convenient base for exploring. Shops are easily accessible. I highly recommend it.

28/12/2025: Until now, we'd been snacking on a bowl of smelt with a beer on our way back from the market. Today, we had lunch at La Camaraderie. I opted for the fish and chips. Everything is homemade and of exceptional quality and freshness. The fish was fresh and breaded just before cooking. Delicious homemade fries. I also had a gourmet coffee. I thought it was expensive (€8.60), but when I saw the variety of desserts and the quality of everything being homemade, I thought it was worth trying. The waiter explained how everything is homemade, and it was nice to know how he makes his little chocolate fondant 😋. A hidden gem to discover.
My partner had the seafood sauerkraut (the dish of the day). He wasn't disappointed either.
I highly recommend this restaurant!

23/12/2025: This is our second time eating at Les Alizés, and it's just as good as ever.
We had lunch there today with our two daughters, aged 3 and 4 and a half, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it.
The ingredients are high-quality, well-selected, seasonal, and locally sourced. The menu changes regularly, which is a real plus. Everything is 100% homemade, for both children and adults.
A truly wonderful place in Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron, which we highly recommend. We'll be back! 👍
