05/04/2024: Things are getting worse at Burger King Chateaubernard!! It's already started badly with a terminal that doesn't give me my ticket with the order number. I go to report it, the manager looks at me, doesn't ask me if I need anything and turns his back on me. Basically, you can take orders from anyone there because no one asks for proof. The disappointment continued when it arrived at home: salad cooked in the big King. And finally I asked for an M&M’s ice cream. See the photo of the ice cream without the m&m’s🤬

10/06/2024: Server more than clumsy verbally (poor humor) and in his gestures (spilled the dessert while removing it on one of our handbags). Decent kitchen.

29/05/2024: A farmer in name only. Cold room, cooking of beef not controlled: I had asked for rare, in reality the piece was raw inside and barely warm, served on a cold plate, the time to eat, the meat was of course cold as well as the fries. Dessert cooking also poorly controlled. We expressed our disappointment to the man who seemed to be the boss but it didn't bother him at all, not the slightest apology. This really seems amateurish. We will not come back.

16/05/2024: I share Viviane APARIS's opinion regarding the difficulty of making appointments by telephone. I tried in vain to contact medical imaging to make a mammogram appointment. I called once, twice... 5 times, each time I put my phone down and let it ring to hear a record telling me that the secretaries are busy!!! Yes I know that the secretariat is overflowing with calls but still... so I'm going to send an email because I can and I know how to do it, but imagine the people who for some are already worried about such an examination , who do not have the Internet (yes there is) or who do not master it. I hope to have a response to my email.
