31/08/2024: Long drive-thru order, and of course there's always a sandwich or fries missing. Give people time to announce their order! Not everyone takes fries and cokes...some like potatoes and fanta for example...but to know that you have to give the customer time to say it and not jump on him with a "fries coke??”. Big dry mac, fresh bread? Certainly not. Soft fries. It's expensive to eat soft and dry... 2 years later: Nothing changes, 30 min wait for 3 mc flurry to take away. To serve them to us on site with disposable tableware. Well done, you're really doing well. Restaurant where it's warmer than at the crematorium. The tables are dirty, the staff is overwhelmed for the last time. I prefer to do a few extra km and go to burger king. With all the negative comments don't you think you should question yourself??

28/08/2024: Really very disappointed with this restaurant. Very few people but despite this, 35 minutes of waiting before being served. 1 sandwich to be redone because of non-compliance with the removal of raw vegetables, an error in another sandwich, missing part of the order, dead insect in the potatoes, and moldy remains on the tray (hidden under a sandwich) And when we go to see the staff, between one who tells us that it's not their problem and two others who question our complaints despite the ticket... I really don't recommend it. And a visit from the DDETSPP wouldn’t hurt them!

18/12/2024: Once again, several items are missing from my order and this is not the first time. Today on the forget menu, we have a burger, a mcflury as well as the Happy Meal toy. It would be good to check your orders before giving them.

16/12/2024: Rarely seen such a dirty establishment, tables, benches and let's not talk about the floor... I wonder if a manager was present this Sunday lunchtime.. 🤨 Not ready to start again even for our little girl 😟

15/12/2024: Adorable security guards and bartenders, very mediocre DJ who has no desire to renew his more than outdated music and who allows himself to insult his customers, we should consider opting for talented people who love their job and who accept the criticism when it is constructive! Many say that O2g is no longer worth it because of the music and I understand why

08/11/2024: Impossible to sleep with big Cassos screaming at 2 a.m. and with loud music, it's horrible for people who work!

27/07/2024: Very good sushi I loved it, more tasty than the other sushi that you could find on the market I recommend it's a shame that the customers are not in the restaurant (in fact when you consult the restaurant on Google maps you see written that the restaurant is only available for orders) while the restaurant space is cozy and working is a shame

22/07/2024: Dear, To respond to your request via Uber Eats on July 22, 2024, regarding my dissatisfaction with my last order, I agree to provide you with more details. Indeed, I was very disappointed by Sushi Shop Bourges because the quantities were very mediocre: the sashimi was for some cut very very thin, to the point that pieces separated when grabbed with the chopsticks. The same goes for the sushi, some of which had a very thin, very short slice of fish that didn't even cover the rice. Added to this is the rather mediocre quality: the sushi rice was dry, the sashimi cut irregularly (with most of the slices very very thin), a bone was present in one sashimi. No sauce (sweet or savory) is provided but must be added separately and is payable (a savory sauce which did not allow me to accompany all the sashimi and sushi given the quantity again). The only thing acceptable was the quality of the fish. All this for more than €40 per person… that doesn’t make you want to order more. Sincerely, Nicolas Simic
