29/03/2026: Perfection doesn't exist! Great decor. Clean restaurant, including the restrooms (though it's the customers who get dirty). Friendly, helpful, and attentive staff. Impeccable terrace. Excellent food, generous portions, well-seasoned. Always a very warm welcome.

09/02/2026: First experience with my wife, and certainly the last. Appetizers, main courses, wines to accompany them, and a coffee for me. When it came time to pay, the owner asked, "How was it?" When asked, I replied, "The fries were sweet!" The owner called her husband into the kitchen. "You made a mistake, you put sugar instead of salt!" But no, it's the potato flesh that's sweet. "Impossible," they retorted, "I tasted them and they weren't sweet." With my coffee, I had a fruit jelly, which was quite good, by the way. So I pointed out that a table behind us, who weren't ordering coffee, had received a small plate with four small fruit jellies, and I got a wonderful response: "Those ladies are regular customers." I didn't know there were different types of customers. Too bad, I won't become a regular who can benefit from special treatment. I hope for the sake of these regular customers that the owner will not carry out, as she loudly proclaimed, her plan to stop offering fruit jellies because of me.

25/04/2026: We go inside in t-shirts because it's nice outside, but inside it's freezing cold – the North Pole.

25/04/2026: Our meal was interrupted. A waitress sat at our table to ask us to leave a Google review and wouldn't leave until we scanned the QR code. Hopefully, this won't become a habit for this establishment.

The meat was "just" tender, and the "meat" knives were completely useless—unacceptable for a restaurant specializing in meat! On the other hand, the salads were excellent! Very disappointing value for money; definitely not worth the trip.

14/04/2026: Honestly, I usually get pizzas at Domino's in Paris or Geneva, but these were awful. I'm not exaggerating, I got 40 grams of ham and chicken. I know times are tough, but this isn't how you're going to keep your customers. They were as thin as paper. Never again. Next time I'm in Bourges, I'll go to an independent pizzeria and spend my money.

12/02/2026: I went there today, the food is still excellent, and that's a good thing for you, because unfortunately, I find that the sense of business is gone! I still left with almost €70 worth of goods, because when I say 200g, and after the fifth time they make sure to give me 300g, then 250g, then 280g, etc., I find that unacceptable, and this happens with several products. If you're going to charge by the gram, you should know that we also do our calculations, so it would be good to respect that and not force the customer, which is something I unfortunately experienced earlier. Secondly, for orders like this, at all the caterers I've used, including yours before, we always got at least a free bag of chips, and here they made me pay for it. I just think that's a bit much. I'm a shopkeeper too, I know very well that you can't give gifts all the time, but building customer loyalty is good too!

31/01/2026: We've been customers for many years and this Vietnamese caterer remains excellent. The products are impeccably fresh, all prepared with remarkable skill and authentic flavors. The staff is welcoming and attentive. The hakao are a must for us every time we visit Lotus d'Auron.

09/05/2026: Considering the price of the XL platter at €19, more than half a sausage and a measly slice of cured ham with three cheeses that barely stand on end wouldn't be unreasonable. And judging by the way the waitress is looking at us, if I owe her money or if she's an ex, she can come and tell us.

06/05/2026: The staff were incredibly rude. Sorry to have bothered you, ladies! The atmosphere was oppressive. We were rushed to eat and made to feel very strongly that we had to leave… The website states that the restaurant closes at 2:30 pm, not 2 pm! I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. And the one star is only because there's no zero.

19/04/2026: Really disappointing. Dirty kitchen, we waited an hour for our drinks… They were clearly overwhelmed and half the menu wasn't available… Avoid this place.

01/02/2026: Kebab menu with poor quality meat, frozen bread, tasteless frozen fries, and all that without a drink, at an exorbitant price (€15). Not recommended at all.
