31/01/2026: We've been customers for many years and this Vietnamese caterer remains excellent. The products are impeccably fresh, all prepared with remarkable skill and authentic flavors. The staff is welcoming and attentive. The hakao are a must for us every time we visit Lotus d'Auron.
14/01/2026: This was my first time trying it, and it was a resounding success! :) It was really delicious, homemade, and quite affordable. A well-deserved 5 stars, see you next time! ;)

27/12/2025: My order was never delivered despite several calls to the restaurant. I also filed a complaint through their website, which has gone unanswered to this day. I am very disappointed with the service.
27/12/2025: Delivery was an hour late with six cold pizzas.
€120 worth of cold pizzas with no apology or compensation!
I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant in Bourges!

21/01/2026: Mixed experience regarding the cleanliness of the cup used for my drink (a Coca-Cola, photo attached). Furthermore, the ice cream in the Happy Meal I ordered was only half full (photo attached).
17/01/2026: Order placed through Uber Eats. Half the order was missing, forcing me to go myself (apparently it was the driver's fault...). As a result, we ate cold food because the bag was patiently waiting for me to pick it up. No compensation was offered, and to top it off, items were missing. McDonald's is far too reliant on its reputation and doesn't care about the customer (at least not the Carrefour Bourges customer!!).

This is the third and last time we order from you. Sizes of sushi pathetic for the price, wrong items delivered, wrong fish on correct items. Complained and had half the order redelivered, only to get more wrong sushi and missing garnish. My 3 year old could make better looking sushi. How is this place still open???

31/08/2024: Long drive-thru order, and of course there's always a sandwich or fries missing.
Give people time to announce their order! Not everyone takes fries and cokes...some like potatoes and fanta for example...but to know that you have to give the customer time to say it and not jump on him with a "fries coke??”.
Big dry mac, fresh bread? Certainly not.
Soft fries.
It's expensive to eat soft and dry...
2 years later:
Nothing changes, 30 min wait for 3 mc flurry to take away.
To serve them to us on site with disposable tableware.
Well done, you're really doing well.
Restaurant where it's warmer than at the crematorium.
The tables are dirty, the staff is overwhelmed for the last time.
I prefer to do a few extra km and go to burger king.
With all the negative comments don't you think you should question yourself??
28/08/2024: Really very disappointed with this restaurant. Very few people but despite this, 35 minutes of waiting before being served. 1 sandwich to be redone because of non-compliance with the removal of raw vegetables, an error in another sandwich, missing part of the order, dead insect in the potatoes, and moldy remains on the tray (hidden under a sandwich)
And when we go to see the staff, between one who tells us that it's not their problem and two others who question our complaints despite the ticket...
I really don't recommend it. And a visit from the DDETSPP wouldn’t hurt them!

11/09/2024: Un ensemble de plats à la carte bons dans l'ensemble; nous avons néanmoins toutes déploré l'accueil, assez glacial. Nous étions un groupe, est-ce pour cela que nous avons eu l'impression de déranger ? Nous avons cependant essayé de rester discrètes, respectant l'ambiance tamisée du lieu. Nous avons, à 23h, clairement eu la sensation d'être mises à la porte. Dommage pour un vendredi soir à Bourges!
11/09/2024: Sûrement la meilleure fois a la suite. Des plats parfaitement exécutés. Des mélanges de saveurs parfaitement dosées. Un dessert a base de pêche délicieux. Un service juste parfait

23/10/2024: De visite dans cette belle ville, nous avons choisi de déjeuner dans cette crêperie. Nous avions réserver. Nous avons eu un bon accueil un service assez rapide enfin de bonnes crêpes au sarrasin bien noir ! Et surtout très bonnes manque un peu de garniture mais très goûteuse. Les crêpes sucrées sont excellentes surtout la beurre sucre et la caramel au beurre salé maison. Cela fait très longtemps qu'on avait pas manger d'aussi bonne crêpes dans une crêperie ! Rapport qualité prix un peu au dessus des tarifs nous nous sommes régalés !!!
Un seul petit bémol : la salle un peu bruyant
Surtout avant de venir ilimpérativement réserver !
27/08/2024: Since the change of management already long ago, this house has declined significantly: what we find on the plate is frankly not great and expensive for what it is. Don't take the cider in a pitcher, it's downright rubbish. And then three hours to eat 2 pancakes is totally excessive! The establishment lives on its laurels. This time it's decided, we won't come back again.
