25/04/2026: Our meal was interrupted. A waitress sat at our table to ask us to leave a Google review and wouldn't leave until we scanned the QR code. Hopefully, this won't become a habit for this establishment.

20/05/2026: Delightful 50s-60s style dinner. The staff's attitude leaves much to be desired. In a 50s diner, you expect a broad smile and outspoken helpfulness! The food could be better too. The haricot verm were tough and dried out. The fries were soggy and too greasy. The meat was good.

17/05/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. We had a voucher for a set menu, and no expiry date was indicated on it. However, it was refused, with the pretext that they no longer accept them after 2026. If conditions apply or if the offer is no longer valid, this should be clearly stated instead of only being discovered at the point of payment. Beyond that, the service was completely inadequate. The staff were often on their phones, inattentive to customers, and we encountered neither a smile nor genuine friendliness during our visit. We mostly felt like we were bothering them. It's a shame, because respecting the offers and providing a minimum level of service are fundamental in the restaurant industry. Better communication and a warmer welcome would likely have changed our opinion.

02/05/2026: I've never eaten such a good taco. The service is excellent, everything is clean, and there's a great atmosphere.

09/05/2026: Burgers, cordon bleu, and fish and chips all seemed homemade. The gnocchi were relegated to a neighbor's plate of tagliatelle, the Caesar salad lacked Parmesan, and the sauces were watered down and lacked flavor. The service could be more attentive, patient, and welcoming. We don't recommend stopping here; instead, try the Magnolia restaurant on the same square, where the staff is much warmer and the food is of higher quality.

08/04/2026: I'm not a fan. I much prefer the other Patapain restaurants I usually go to. Sorry about the ratings, but honestly, the service, the atmosphere, and the food just weren't up to par.

03/03/2026: I ordered a raspberry tartlet… which I unfortunately dropped, but the saleswoman was very kind and made us another one (yes, it was the last one!) which was even free! Very friendly, I recommend it!

28/06/2026: A disaster! Two set menus: salad, hard-boiled egg completely brown, and dry, burnt sliced ​​turkey. The salad was questionable. We refused to touch it. There were only two of us at the table on a Saturday lunchtime; we understand why. We were charged for this garbage.

12/02/2026: I went there today, the food is still excellent, and that's a good thing for you, because unfortunately, I find that the sense of business is gone! I still left with almost €70 worth of goods, because when I say 200g, and after the fifth time they make sure to give me 300g, then 250g, then 280g, etc., I find that unacceptable, and this happens with several products. If you're going to charge by the gram, you should know that we also do our calculations, so it would be good to respect that and not force the customer, which is something I unfortunately experienced earlier. Secondly, for orders like this, at all the caterers I've used, including yours before, we always got at least a free bag of chips, and here they made me pay for it. I just think that's a bit much. I'm a shopkeeper too, I know very well that you can't give gifts all the time, but building customer loyalty is good too!

31/01/2026: We've been customers for many years and this Vietnamese caterer remains excellent. The products are impeccably fresh, all prepared with remarkable skill and authentic flavors. The staff is welcoming and attentive. The hakao are a must for us every time we visit Lotus d'Auron.

09/06/2026: Fish and chips, does not look like the picture on the menu, fries were not crispy, were soggy, fish was not worthy of a restaurant Flam was served on a small board with a piece of paper underneath, dough was not crispy, undercooked. Staff were busy with each other, not with the customers. High-end prices for fast food quality

08/06/2026: Luckily the place is pleasant, because the service is mediocre and the salads, in particular, are swimming in vinegar. Avoid at all costs.

11/05/2026: Passing through Bourges on a Thursday evening, we happened to have dinner at this restaurant. The steak tartare was excellent, well-seasoned, and the ribeye steak was perfectly aged. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the music playlist was great. We highly recommend it.
