14/11/2024: The oldest Chinese restaurant in Paris and still the best. Exceptional Peking duck. Attentive service in a very beautiful setting.
Excellent and surprising desserts like hot and cold.
Nice wine list.
07/11/2024: To eat Peking duck, it's "the place to be"! The service is top notch, we explain everything you are going to eat and how to eat it. Excellence has a cost and it is a unique experience. Not necessarily suitable for young children because it is a gourmet restaurant, we go there by metro, we arrive directly at Les Halles and it allows us to have a drink or two in peace.

12/09/2024: The sesame sauce is fake, made with flour and sesame essence. It's incredibly salty. As for the lamb, it doesn't taste like lamb at all. And what's more, it costs 30, it's excessively expensive! In any case, I will never go back there again.

16/09/2024: Small, isolated restaurant that doesn't look like much from the front, but the food is so good! And the staff is very calm and kind.
Small recommendation for the spring rolls, fried noodles, sweet and sour pork as well as the crispy chicken which are all homemade!
If you are curious, go for the Pekingese soup, you will not be disappointed!

The ravioli soup is delicious.
Appetizing ginger chicken.
Delicious lychee fritters.

The food is super good, it’s very quiet inside. Good atmosphere.
Just serving and clearing was a little slow.
But otherwise it was really good, I enjoyed it.

Very nice and kind managers who also went out of their way to help us charge our cell phone (thank you so much! You saved our evening😊).
If you are in the area and want Chinese food, this is definitely your place.
22/07/2024: Superb restaurant, I go there regularly with my family, the service is great, the owners are very welcoming, the dishes are always very good, I find that the service-waiting ratio is perfect, the restaurant is always very clean and pleasant.

19/03/2024: Small tea room, grocery store and lunch meals.
No reservations and few tables for a drink. There is a larger space for coworking though. Chai latte for €5 which was good and a few desserts to accompany the drink.
I only tasted the drink!
You order at the counter and are served at your table. Friendly and fast service.

11/09/2024: We just returned from a wedding and were looking for a little place to eat. At Shan Goût we had a wonderful culinary experience with exquisite and delicate flavors. I would almost describe it as a healing kitchen and although I'm not that adventurous when it comes to food, when the owner said "I decide what you eat" (i.e. menu), I couldn't have been in better hands. Thank you very much for this experience...I also loved the Chinese tea books and all the little details inside. We will come back!

09/07/2024: We had passed a few times and the look and smell of the food made us want to try it.
We were seated straight away, choose from the set menu and the food did not disappoint. Staff were really friendly. I would definitely recommend.

01/10/2024: Not the best Chinese food I’ve had, but pretty good. I had the grilled duck and enjoyed it. The spring rolls and grilled pork dumplings were also good.
The owners don’t speak English but the menu is in French and English so ordering was no trouble at all.
25/09/2024: Amazing food, staff lovely and put up with our poor French. Had a really lovely time. Will happily return. We had 2 dishes each as the food looked so good, €11 per dish.
