09/01/2024: I didn't know and I went there on December 24. The business was open in the afternoon. I was very well received there and served like a king. The dialogue was courteous and I was even entitled to a chair and a table outside made available by the manager of the place and thus enjoy a few rays of sunshine. Thank you again.

28/04/2024: We had a very good dinner. The innovative and well-prepared menu. We had scallops and beef Partenaise, both were superbly cooked. The young lady serving us was extremely good and was obviously well trained and enjoyed her job. We highly recommend Chapeau Rouge as a place to have a great meal.

19/04/2024: This is the second time that I have had the pleasure, in the company of my wife, of taking advantage of the “sharing and pleasure” formula.
The chef and the owner of the place make sure to sublimate our wines (in this case a Yquem 97 and a Bonnes Mares 2009 from Bruno Clair) with a menu created to measure to highlight our bottles.
Result: a magnificent experience, original and always perfect pairings which perfectly enhance these nectars by making them travel throughout our taste buds.
A big thank you to Christophe and the Chef for this superb moment in complete conviviality with a welcome always up to standard.
We will definitely come back !!!!

01/10/2023: We were very, very well received. There is a nice choice of savory and sweet crepes. They are very good and filled with good products. There is a children's menu. The creperie is located about ten kilometers from the highway in a pretty little town. It's worth getting off the highway to take a nice break. I wouldn't hesitate to stop again.

06/05/2024: Very nice place, very warm and friendly welcome, attentive staff for their customers, hearty breakfast, fresh produce and for the savory breakfast, they cook on site and are really excellent, served on a plate and really very good, we really appreciated the availability throughout throughout the day for a drink or any other request places exception very clean room with a very pleasant view very large bed slept very well I recommend this hotel with my husband to everyone we had a great time and we will hesitate not to come back on the contrary it will be with great pleasure thank you for everything.
05/05/2024: Magnificent building in an idyllic setting on the banks of the Sèvre Niortaise, a former manor dating from the 17th century, it has stood the test of time to today become a magnificent hotel and semi-gastronomic restaurant, I highly recommend it
