30/04/2024: The restaurant is very pleasant and, from the outside, you can see the Citadel of Besançon. Several types of molds are available. I wanted to taste the ones with Comté cheese. They were good, but as an Italian I prefer them simpler, with oil, garlic and pepper. They were on the menu, but I didn't want to take them to taste something different and new for me.
But these are tastes, and surely non-Italians will prefer mussels in one of the ways offered by the restaurant. I will definitely return to this restaurant when I visit Besançon. I recommand it. Very professional, friendly and helpful staff. Fair waiting times and prices.

05/02/2024: Well, how can I put it, the quality of the cuisine has dropped significantly since the boss is no longer there. The service is not really professional, even if at reception it's okay. Too bad because for me, it was one of the best addresses in Besançon.

The staff is extremely caring and kind. In addition, the place is decorated with a lot of Asian decorations which make it very warm. The food is very good!
Several vegetarian options that can easily be vegan!

15/03/2024: Eating a kind of mush of stew is just impossible for a so-called gastro. Desserts without any taste, red wine much too cold. Mr. Chef when the dishes return to the kitchen without having been touched should catch your eye. Coming to the customers table and not asking what happened and a lack of professionalism. Never again at this table. I don't recommend. We cannot put 0, therefore 1.
