25/04/2026: Update 2026 - A slight dip in quality, the welcome was still as friendly as ever, but in the end, I would have preferred a single foie gras as a starter rather than a "duo." The pan-seared foie gras lacked texture and flavor, while the semi-cooked foie gras was perfect. The beef released too much water (which diluted the sauce)! And the vanilla ice cream that accompanied the delicious tart had far too many ice crystals. So, a less enjoyable experience than previous visits, but we will return hoping to find the same quality as before... *** Update 2025 - Always a pleasure, always exquisite! *** Update 2024 - Back after a year, still just as perfect! Thank you. *** Excellent restaurant, quite honestly, we weren't expecting this level of quality 👌 Thank you, we will return because you are now our favorite restaurant in Romans.

25/01/2026: A truly exceptional restaurant with a warm welcome and an intimate atmosphere. The aromas of the dishes first tantalize the senses, and their delicate flavors delight the palate! The wines served by the glass and recommended by the owner were excellent choices. We had a wonderful evening, thank you!

09/04/2026: The pizzas are excellent and quite adventurous (pizzas you won't find anywhere else). But above all, the atmosphere is fantastic. We're always warmly welcomed, whether on the phone or in person; the employees seem happy in their work environment, and it shows. Thank you to them, and for the pizzas, I recommend it 100 percent!

08/04/2026: Nothing but pleasant surprises: colorful and delicious recipes, local/organic products (even the tableware: made in France), a lovely setting. Highly recommended!

07/04/2026: Objectively one of the best pizzerias in Romans-sur-Isère. The pizzas haven't changed in years, always delicious and made with passion; we especially appreciate the thin crust. The owners are professional and very friendly. All the best to them.

16/04/2026: Fantastic girls' night out! The welcome was amazing, the food was delicious, and the place was really nice. But most importantly, the Hugo Spritzes were the best in Romans! 😉

11/04/2026: The tapas are truly sophisticated and delicious, the service is impeccable, and above all, the servers offer excellent wine and cocktail recommendations. There are delightful surprises by the glass, with a lovely selection of both white and red wines. I highly recommend it!

10/02/2026: Until now, I loved going to this restaurant and always had a wonderful meal. However, the last time I went, the portions had been drastically reduced for each dish. The quality was fine, but I was disappointed by the smaller portions now, especially considering the price.

11/03/2026: Always very happy with this restaurant! We ate there yesterday, arriving 10 minutes before opening, but the manager on duty still let us in. Some, less customer-oriented establishments, would have left us waiting outside. So thank you to him for his kindness and professionalism. The service was excellent, and the portions were perfect. The decor is very nice and unique. The only slight drawback: the music was a little too loud for our taste.

19/03/2026: A discovery made with colleagues. I loved the manga-collage-style decor. The homemade meal was high quality and very reasonably priced. The service, I assume, was provided by the owner, who was very friendly. A great experience, thank you!

21/04/2026: This restaurant had been highly recommended to me for its Peking duck. Taking advantage of a day off, I finally went. The welcome was very friendly, the decor superb. And that duck? The person who recommended it was right. It's the best Peking duck I've ever eaten. Kudos again to the chef. My partner ordered scallops with fresh ginger sauce, and they were absolutely excellent as well. (Yes, I dared to nibble from her plate). As a side dish, we had Catalan rice, which was also excellent... ^^ We will definitely be back, as we are now eager to try the other dishes on the menu. I highly recommend this restaurant in Romans-sur-Isère. Thank you again for this delicious meal.

20/04/2026: Nice location and food. However, be sure to ask beforehand; draft beer is €12 and not listed on the menu (that's a new record for me!), so it's a bit of a surprise on the bill...

04/05/2026: Best couscous in Romans-Valence and Tain. Super Tunisian couscous. We usually get takeout, but we stayed in. The service is welcoming, the food is reliable, but the dining room and atmosphere lack warmth, both literally and figuratively. Some decor, lighting, and warmth would improve the experience! A little bit of Sidi Bou Said, for example... But the couscous is top-notch!!!

15/04/2026: First time eating at Scheherazade as a family and we weren't disappointed at all. We'd heard good things about it and tonight confirmed it. Simple but effective decor, quick service, an extremely warm welcome, and couscous and oriental pastries to die for! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back. Thank you for this lovely time! ☺️

16/04/2026: My friends and I had afternoon tea at this charming bistro, which dates back to the 1900s. We enjoyed a gluten-free and lactose-free chocolate fondant, and it was absolutely delicious! It melted in our mouths. Wonderful! I highly recommend this famous bistro and its dishes, which must be equally delicious. Thank you to the chef.

03/03/2026: €12.50 FOR A MEAL?! Who do you think you are, selling meals at that price?! A kebab is supposed to be a simple, affordable sandwich that everyone can afford. Here we have a price worthy of a proper restaurant, for a kebab that's decent but far from exceptional. The fries are clearly frozen, and the meat doesn't look like it came straight from a traditional spit. At some point, you have to stop justifying everything with inflation. Plenty of kebab shops still manage to offer much cheaper meals. It's a shame, because the kebab itself is good, but at that price, the value for money is clearly not there.
