17/04/2026: THE RESTAURANT TO TRY IN ASCAIN! We stopped by chance one evening in Ascain and what a discovery! The chef was lovely, the food generous and delicious! The txuleton for two was perfectly seasoned, the fries were homemade, the sheep's cheese was excellent, and the pistachio-raspberry fondant was delicious… everything was homemade! If we're ever back in the area, this will definitely be our next stop!

28/06/2026: The staff is perfect. We ate very well and received a very warm welcome. The concept is great and the food, simple but excellent, is delicious. The owner's kindness is definitely one of the highlights. We will definitely be back.
