06/03/2026: A wonderful discovery at the Dragon d'Asie restaurant, where we had booked for 4 people at 7:30 pm. We found the service to be impeccable, and the waitress was very friendly and smiling. The food was excellent, full of flavors and tastes. The value for money for the €25 menu was perfect, so we will definitely return for dinner when we are back in Carhaix. Best wishes to you and thank you for your hospitality.

The meal was delicious; all our plates, from appetizer to dessert, were returned empty to the kitchen (we were 7 adults and 3 children).
The welcome was warm, the service impeccable, and the view magnificent.

23/04/2026: Whether you're from Carhaix-Ploguer, the surrounding area, or just passing through on holiday, you absolutely must discover this brasserie on the town hall square. You'll find a magnificent setting of rare purity. The owners are exceptionally kind. As for the food, how can I describe it? My wife and I ate there. My wife's lamb tagine and my royal couscous (lamb, chicken, and merguez sausage) are forever etched in our memories. Don't hesitate; you'll have an unforgettable time. Enjoy your meal!
06/03/2026: We had a very good couscous yesterday; there were about fifteen of us... everyone enjoyed it, the ingredients were high quality.
The owner gave us a warm welcome.

It's a shame the square is so dreary and dangerous with all its sloping surfaces and concrete. The lack of greenery is very, very sad.

23/04/2026: Upon arrival, activities were offered for children, and nothing was missing from the tray; the service was very quick.
23/04/2026: I ordered a chocolate sundae to go (I knew I should have checked before leaving, but I figured they couldn't possibly make a mistake with ice cream... well, they did!!!!)
€3.90 for a half-full cup is outrageous! Even when it's full, it's expensive, but this is ridiculous!
I don't understand how they can make such a mistake. There's a real problem at this McDonald's because every time, it's the same thing: either something is missing, the service is incredibly slow, or it's cold. And the inside is so dirty, it's unbelievable.

An extremely cordial welcome, the boss is very pleasant and friendly
And above all a very good meal, delicious pancakes, slightly crispy as I love them as a Breton, and with real local products highlighted with real talent.
I highly recommend this address without any restrictions.
Go for it without hesitation
07/09/2024: I discovered this place thanks to my partner and I don't regret it. The vast majority of products are homemade, the manager is a very pleasant man who does not lack humor and the quality of the cuisine is largely there. I have rarely eaten so well in such a beautiful setting. Honorable mention to the Ty Gwechall pancake which is one of the best desserts I have eaten to date and the cider on tap was really good. If you go through Carhaix, call to book, it's well worth it. This establishment gives pride of place to Breton culture.
