16/11/2025: I arrived with my 7-year-old daughter around 4 pm with pastries we'd bought nearby. We waited to be seated, but no one came. So I went over to introduce myself, and we were asked to choose between inside or on the terrace. Once seated, we started eating our pastries while waiting to order hot chocolate. The manager then came over and asked us to leave, in front of visibly shocked customers, saying he was "running a crêperie." I understand that every establishment has its rules, but there was no mention of them anywhere, and the way he told us, especially in front of a child that age, really lacked customer service and consideration. A very disappointing experience.

04/07/2025: The bread is not good, they receive the dough uncooked, they just have to put it in the oven like the pastries, plus the waitresses serve you without gloves. Where is the hygiene?

12/12/2024: I had a very pleasant time at the thalassotherapy center, an excellent massage, an environment conducive to relaxation. Dace herbal tea area at the swimming pool a little bit lacking in privacy apart from that nothing to say. Very clean and pleasant.

09/12/2024: When you enter the establishment, you are completely transparent, your nose on the computer, not the slightest reaction, neither hello, nor what do you want, enough to make you decide to turn around! Fortunately, the thalassotherapy staff are there to compensate for this lack of professionalism.

19/09/2024: Went for Sunday Lunch with my wife while on holiday in Concarneau and throughly enjoyed the experience. Food was excellent and we had a great waiter who looked after us . Would throughly recommend

13/09/2024: What can one say about this “Bannalec institution” in an honest attempt to be fair: Mistake number 1: You follow the recommendation of a very successful “tourist guide” - yes, I know, it's actually a literary travel guide - to an already very overcrowded tourist city. Mistake number 2: You don't speak the local language well enough (but at least you try and don't immediately start chatting in German or English). When placing an order, the boss sees no possibility of helping out in any world language - except French. When it came to paying, English was no problem. Mistake number 3: You come at lunchtime and don't have a reservation. Unavoidable: a perfectly (honestly!) styled boss who had a lot to do with herself and being a boss and - despite mass operations - under no circumstances wanted to get into the depths of normal service. Conclusion: If you value the crime novels and the travel guide and absolutely have to “check off” a visit, you can do so safely, ideally without making the avoidable mistakes mentioned above. The food was good, but it didn't blow you away either. And: there are significantly better alternatives, especially when you evaluate the price/performance ratio.

19/09/2024: Very bad experience with a lunch service, table of 2, a burger and a pancake. The dishes were served to us more than 20 minutes apart. We watched each other eat, each in turn... The table next to us, 4 place settings, same scenario... I didn't even want to stay there for dessert. Either it's a failure in taking orders, transmitting them to the kitchen or the kitchen which doesn't know how to take the dishes off a table and serve them together... Regardless, the customer experience is ruined, and not one a word of apology when leaving, nor a commercial gesture. Not even asked if "it went well", a way of avoiding coping...
