05/09/2024: A delicate, tasty, generous cuisine of a rare exception!!
We ate and discovered delicious food!
Our hosts, a couple of catering professionals, were able to surprise us with quality dishes, both savory and sweet; without forgetting attentive, friendly service offering a sincere smile and advice that is as well-informed as it is warm.
It's a pleasure to discover a real French restaurant, made with professionalism and taste, run with heart by lovers of cuisine!
Happiness, joy, excellence and a love of authenticity are cultivated... No doubt, here, you can pick and taste happiness at the table!
We live far away.... but perhaps we will do these 5 hours of driving again just for the pleasure of coming back to this Chef's Table...!!!
A big Thank you and Bravo to these two exceptional professionals!!

Very good beer, good tapas, impeccable service, easy to reach, large car park nearby, to frequent as much as possible 😊

Et nous avons était pour certain un peux déçu ..
La pièces du bouchée a 24 euros accompagné de petit légume et frites et vraiment très légère ..
Pour le reste le menu du jour était très correcte !

17/12/2023: Une très bonne adresse sur Digne.
Les entrées et plats étaient copieux. On s est régalés.

06/09/2024: Big difference between August and September. The tasteless chicken as well as the vegetables, the mash and the dish with Chevre cheese. Best card in August. Boss not pleasant at all

24/08/2024: Plats servis à table avec de la moisissure ( des poils longs blancs , noirs et gris). Quand ont informe la patronne du problème en lui ramenant le plat , elle n’est même pas gênée comme si elle avait avait l’habitude de cette réflexion (incroyable).
Nous habitons désormais à Digne et avont appris que cet établissement (ou plutôt rade !!) a déjà été fermé plusieurs fois pour hygiène déplorable !!!
À éviter absolument à moins de vouloir être malade avec des denrées pourries !!!!

Plats avec de la moisissure servis à table !!! Quand la remarque est faite à la patronne que le plat est plein de moisissures, aucune réaction comme si cela était normal.
Après quelques recherches, il s’avère que ce pseudo restaurant a subit plusieurs fermetures pour hygiène déplorable ( rien d’étonnant) !!!
Si vous voulez vous rendre malade, c’est la bonne adresse sur Digne.

22/08/2023: Very pleasant stay in this calm place with Provençal scents. The establishment is ideally located, close to all amenities, easily accessible on foot.
Quality of service and rooms excellent. Impeccable cleanliness and above all an available, professional host, who does everything possible for the well-being of customers.
I recommend this address.
10/08/2023: It's no longer a hotel, just rooms that haven't seen the slightest investment for decades.
Even the towels are frayed, I've never seen that, broken tiles, original door frames, zero soundproofing, door that doesn't lock from the inside, mini bathtub and no shower curtain, clogged shower head, paint not finished...
Old is one thing, unmaintained is another.
For 105 euros, no, it's worth 50 and more.
