22/09/2026: This 2-Michelin-starred restaurant delighted us! We were pleasantly surprised! The dishes were creative, sophisticated, original, and transporting. An added bonus is the service: the presence of both chefs on-site (a rarity among renowned chefs these days) and especially in the dining room offers a truly unique experience. We loved it. (It's not traditional French service, but so much better.) A huge thank you to the Tourteaux brothers for their warm welcome, their generosity, and above all, their attentive service. We recommend venturing a little off the beaten path and spending a lovely time at this establishment.

14/09/2026: Never in my life have I experienced a meal that was such a labor of love. 10 courses, some consisting of up to five parts, all carefully and thoughtfully placed every single setting, over the course of five and a half hours. Yes, it was a marathon of savoring every single bite at times, but that's the whole point, and what made it so exquisitely French (with some delightful twists) and so worth every single penny.

17/09/2026: Tourist trap. They use premixes for their cocktails and there's hardly any alcohol in them. Long Island Ice Tea is essentially a Coke with lemon juice. We saw him make it. Just don't.

05/10/2026: We were fortunate to dine here two nights in a row and savour genuine French cuisine with gluten free options for my partner. Juliette and her staff are warm, welcoming and very professional. The food is absolutely delightful - the best of French recipes at a reasonable price. Highly recommend Chez Juliette for anyone especially coeliacs!

07/10/2026: Socca pancakes bought at the market for 3.50 euros. A must-try when in Nice. The pancakes are baked in-house and delivered by bicycle. They sell out quickly, and the queue is long. They also have other delicious snacks at the stand. The service is very friendly.

23/09/2026: A great place just behind the Promenade des Anglais, the food is good and the atmosphere is very friendly. I recommend it.

21/09/2026: It’s noisy—right next to the traffic lights—but it’s worth putting up with for the taste and the waitress’s smile 🙂

31/12/2025: An exceptional dinner at this restaurant. We were delighted with the €26 starter/main/dessert menu, which included a complimentary limoncello! The food was delicious, and the restaurant was pleasantly quiet. The heated terrace was perfect for us. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

17/08/2026: Horrible experience! I ordered the chicken with mashed potatoes. The dish looked nice, but unfortunately I found three long hairs in it. The chef prepared another dish for me, but by then I had completely lost my appetite. This was extremely unpleasant and disappointing. I would not recommend this place.

24/09/2026: Overpriced, disappointing, and genuinely one of the most frustrating meals we’ve had in a while. For the prices they charge, we expected at least decent food and attentive service. Instead, our waiter seemed impatient throughout the meal, making us feel like we were inconveniencing him simply by ordering. To make matters worse, one of the dishes we ordered never arrived. When we pointed this out, there wasn’t even a simple “sorry” - just a surprisingly dismissive attitude. Mistakes happen, but basic courtesy costs nothing. Unfortunately, the food didn’t rescue the experience either. The paella was incredibly bland and tasteless, which is impressive for a dish that is supposed to be packed with flavour. Even worse, the clams were full of sand. Nothing quite completes an overpriced meal like crunching through gritty shellfish and wondering whether you’re eating dinner or a small section of beach. I don’t mind paying more for good food and good service, but here the price simply didn’t match the quality or experience. Between the missing dish, impatient service, sandy clams and flavourless paella, we left feeling disappointed - and considerably poorer. Definitely not an experience we’d want to repeat.

24/09/2026: Our waiter was incredibly unfriendly. He kept trying to convince us to order alcohol. At the end, he said “laughing” that we hadn't ordered any alcohol and that we had “spent so much money” (sarcastically). I certainly wouldn't come here again, as this is very unprofessional towards customers.

29/09/2026: Landed late in Nice and was tired and just looking for a place that lookedike it had a good meal. I picked Dalpozzo because their menu wasn't a set one and changes regularly. The food here was excellent. I had the beef cheek and my partner the Gnocchi Daube. The service was very good too and we never felt rushed.

28/09/2026: We ended up in this restaurant by a coincidence, and it turned out to be the highlight of our evening. We were welcomed very warmly by a kind man (I suppose he was the owner?), he seated us with a smile and made us feel at home. Likewise, the server was also super warm and radiated positive atmosphere. The pizza was thin and we absolutely loved it. The cheese and all the other ingredients were out of this world - fresh and so flavourful! The combination of toppings was perfectly balanced, the chefs surely knew what they were doing when compiling this menu. On top of that, the restaurant hosted its own music performer, which made the French vibe complete. It was in this restaurant that I learned the phrase “Je suis au paradis!”
