Nous y avons très bien mangé (le Burger pour monsieur et le poisson pour moi, ainsi que le café gourmand), le décor à l'intérieur et l'ambiance y sont super. Et toute l'équipe est vraiment très souriante. Nous y avons passé un très bon moment et y reviendrons

27/07/2024: tandis que les Vans grouillent de monde, on se sent hors du temps au Carmel, bien reçu sans fioriture mais sans mauvaise surprise. bonne continuation aux propriétaires qui entretiennent hôtel et restaurant avec un cachet historique indéniable.

09/08/2025: Arriving early on vacation, we stopped to do some grocery shopping, but given the time, we decided to eat at this brasserie. And what a great idea.
Simple meals, yes, but of high quality.
A waitress with an infectious smile and a kindness that feels good.
It's sometimes in unexpected places that you least expect that you discover little gems filled with happiness.
We left with a big smile, a full stomach, and two delighted children.
