28/07/2026: I have absolutely nothing to complain about, nice and good, attractive prices… a little place that gives the impression of being on holiday! Perfect in every way.

10/05/2026: Our stay at La Maison de Rhodes was an enchanting interlude in the heart of Troyes during a sporting weekend getaway. Nestled in a former Templar residence, this 5-star hotel elegantly blends the authenticity of its timber framing with contemporary refinement. Our spacious room, with its exceptional bedding and generously sized bathroom, guaranteed excellent comfort. The intimate, heated outdoor pool area was a haven of relaxation for a sunny afternoon. Dinner and breakfast, prepared with local products, delighted our palates. Finally, the warm welcome and helpful advice of the staff, who even took care of our reservation at a local restaurant, truly charmed us. An exceptional address, where history and hospitality come together perfectly. We will definitely return.

18/02/2026: Magnificent setting, ideal location, friendly welcome, comfortable room. The only drawback, and a significant one at that, was the breakfast: for €32 per person, you only get a croissant, a piece of bread, and a rusk so hard you could break your teeth on it. And when I dared to ask the young woman serving if it was possible to have a second croissant, I was curtly told, "No, it's one per person! We order them according to the number of guests, and it's one per person." And of course, she didn't offer me anything else. Needless to say, as soon as I left the hotel, I stopped at the first bakery I saw. In short, as someone accustomed to five-star hotels and Relais & Châteaux properties, I felt like I was in a run-of-the-mill youth hostel! This was my second stay at the Maison de Rhodes (the first must have been in 2018 or 2019), but I don't recall such a mishap, otherwise I obviously wouldn't have come back. But now I've learned my lesson: never again!

19/07/2026: 10 minutes late is too much for them😡 We had booked for 10 people for a hen party, to our regret our desire for champagne was disappointing, but no regrets because the establishment was dirty, a mess, little atmosphere, goodbye.

04/07/2026: 03/06/2026 Unpleasant, I asked to change my glass because a wasp had gotten into it, I received a response "poof, okay" only to finally tell me "I can remove the wasp with the straw" and in the end she poured my drink into a smaller glass.

03/08/2026: The service, available at any time, is truly excellent. I received excellent advice on the cabbage and the various types of bread. Everything is very good.

15/07/2026: The service needs improvement… It took 17 minutes to get two hot chocolates when there was no one else there… Once served, we had to explain to two other people that the hot chocolate was missing; we only received hot milk. However, once the mistake was acknowledged, we were able to get a refund.

05/08/2026: Terrible, unfriendly, too long a wait, otherwise the galettes are good 😟

18/07/2026: Very disappointed. Dry patties, blackened ground meat… the waiter was dishonest, saying he didn't know how to cook the meat properly. The bread must have been enough for several tables…
