12/04/2026: You feel good in this cozy, comfortable, and classy place; the food is good, the decor is in keeping with the walls and the history of this old house, and the cellars also offer superb rooms with modern decor for receptions, seminars, and other events.

23/04/2026: Very disappointed, both by the quality of the food, which was nowhere near as shown in the photos on the website, and by the deplorable hygiene. Luckily, the dim lighting masked the poor conditions. It's a shame, this place used to be good a few years ago.

10/05/2026: We returned a year ago after several years away, and again this year. The welcome was rather cold and rigid. Observation: the menu now includes numerous extras, unlike under the previous owner. The meal was average considering the price, both in terms of quantity and quality. The veal sauté could have benefited from a more generous vegetable accompaniment. The caramelized walnut crumble and pear coulis, presented as a simple decorative circle around the plate and in very limited quantity, ultimately added little to the dessert. It was essentially a basic garnish. It would undoubtedly have been more sensible to incorporate it directly into the dessert. The waitress was very friendly and smiling throughout the meal. The waiter, however, had a tense, intrusive, and unprofessional attitude: he made a questionable comment when payment by check was announced, stood over the shoulder while the check was being written without intervening (just like last year). It was only after the check was filled out that he indicated a change in the payment details. After adding the company name and confirming it himself, he reacted very inappropriately when we pointed out that it would certainly be suitable. This is surprising behavior from a waiter in an establishment of this caliber. The waiter, standing at the entrance, left without a word or a polite greeting, his gaze shifting. The waitress at the bar did, however, offer a slightly warmer welcome. For a fine-dining restaurant, this is unprecedented. We will not be returning.

12/05/2026: The hotel was nice, but unfortunately, the lack of professionalism from some staff members somewhat spoiled my stay. I had a mishap with my reservation, which I made using a Wonderbox voucher. The voucher was valid until April 30, 2026. Not wanting to lose the voucher, on April 14th, I called the hotel to make a reservation for May 8th, explaining that it was a Wonderbox voucher and giving them the voucher number. After a short wait, the person on the phone told me everything was fine and that I would only have to pay the tourist tax on the day (2-3€). Upon arriving at the hotel on May 8th, I was greeted by two women at reception, one of whom was the same woman I had spoken to on the phone when I made the reservation on April 14th. She asked me if I had brought the Wonderbox voucher. I replied that I hadn't, since I had already provided the number when making the reservation, and they had confirmed that everything was in order. I eventually found the number on the app, and that's when she realized the voucher had expired on April 30th, and told me I would have to pay for the reservation... I later learned that she should have checked the voucher's expiry date, but hadn't... but she didn't seem bothered; no apology, no gesture of goodwill from her... In the end, we didn't get the dinner that was included in the voucher, and it cost us an extra €80. I do want to thank her colleague, though, who offered us breakfast. The two stars are for her. It's incredible that the gesture of goodwill came from the person who hadn't done anything wrong. Be careful if you book with a Wonderbox voucher, as you cannot rely on the person on the phone to give you the correct information.

22/03/2026: An absolutely extraordinary brunch at Le Millésime! There was everything you could want, with consistently high quality from start to finish. The welcome was pleasant and warm, making the experience even more enjoyable. A unique and much-appreciated touch: finishing with raclette – a real treat! Everything was perfect, and we left more than satisfied. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back! We'll be back with pleasure 😜.

02/04/2026: The service was very disappointing; we were completely ignored by the waitress. She didn't bring us bread or a carafe of water, didn't even show us the dessert menu, and offered no apologies.

18/02/2026: Magnificent setting, ideal location, friendly welcome, comfortable room. The only drawback, and a significant one at that, was the breakfast: for €32 per person, you only get a croissant, a piece of bread, and a rusk so hard you could break your teeth on it. And when I dared to ask the young woman serving if it was possible to have a second croissant, I was curtly told, "No, it's one per person! We order them according to the number of guests, and it's one per person." And of course, she didn't offer me anything else. Needless to say, as soon as I left the hotel, I stopped at the first bakery I saw. In short, as someone accustomed to five-star hotels and Relais & Châteaux properties, I felt like I was in a run-of-the-mill youth hostel! This was my second stay at the Maison de Rhodes (the first must have been in 2018 or 2019), but I don't recall such a mishap, otherwise I obviously wouldn't have come back. But now I've learned my lesson: never again!

15/02/2026: We had a wonderful Valentine's Day stay at Maison de Rhodes. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, the rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, and the restaurant was intimate with quick and attentive service (we even had the opportunity to chat with the chef who came to make sure everything was going well and share a few secrets with us). A stay at the hotel that made us feel right at home!

24/02/2026: This is the second time my friends and I have come here, and we're very disappointed. The first time, we sat down at a table, and a woman came over and told us to move because it was reserved, even though there was no sign indicating that. We had to move in a draft. What's more, the waitresses are very cold; it's almost like we're bothering them. The other time, it was the same thing: we asked questions, and they answered in a blasé manner, as if they didn't want to be there. Very disappointed. The place is beautiful, but the staff are not at all!
