02/09/2024: Zeer lekker gegeten,heel verzorgd, wijnkaart aan zeer schappelijke prijzen, bediend door een vriendelijke jongeman die hard zijn best deed maar er zo goed als alleen voor stond chapeau ! Een aanrader nog een restaurant met stoffen tafellakens !
26/08/2024: While passing through Troyes, we went for lunch in this restaurant, recommended by the Gault et Millau guide. We do not regret our choice: excellent refined cuisine, impeccable service despite the youth of the servers. Even though the terrace is very small (but we are in the city center) we enjoyed eating outside. We highly recommend this restaurant.

17/09/2024: Very good brunch in buffet style, lots of choices, sweet and savory. Highly recommended.

16/09/2024: We came to eat in the evening, we were seated straight away (reservation) The order was taken quickly, warm welcome. The proportions are generous and we ate well.
The downside we were placed next to a door leading to the terrace, a door which was open throughout our meal and never closed... As a result, we had to close the door each time we passed and put the coat back on to eat.
15/09/2024: Zero security, you are a woman after midnight do not come!!!
Social Security Focused on their phones.
In any case this boat is going to be closed, it just needs to be rebuilt from A to Z!!!!!!!!!!!!

26/08/2024: Very friendly staff, very good quality. It's a shame that there isn't a café to sit down there. It's expensive, but it's also good quality. The ambience is not that great, could be less sterile.

13/11/2024: I made a reservation for a group of 19 people on Saturday for lunch. Everything was perfect. The dishes are excellent, the service efficient with lots of attention so that everyone can be satisfied. Everything is homemade and the restaurant is well located in the city. Thanks to Christophe, the boss and his son for his kindness and responsiveness. I recommend 100%.

24/06/2024: Very nice meeting with Thierry and his team. They were extremely kind and very helpful during our reception for our renewal of wedding vows. Thierry listens and uses all his professionalism to satisfy requests. The meal was delicious and the presentation of the plates was neat. The service was perfect. 25/09/2024: The wait staff does NOT know the table numbers, e.g.: they brought us a flute of champagne which was not intended for us. For the bill, you must go to the cashier who writes on the order form and using a calculator, establishes the amount including tax after noting the excluding tax as well as the cost of 15%. We paid by credit card but without issuing an invoice. Beware of the Tax Authorities!!!🤑

31/08/2024: A drink with friends or colleagues, this is the place I recommend, superb terrace to enjoy the freshness at the end of the day, in summer, we love it. The fries are very good quality! A wide variety of cocktails 🤤❤️I highly recommend! 👌

There were 2 of us, we waited more than 40 minutes for our order to be taken, once we finally had a waiter, the latter to take a breath when I asked for a cocktail, and we then waited another 30 to 40 minutes to get our order. order, I do not recommend this place which seemed pleasant but the staff leaves something to be desired

The room was superb, the bedding excellent.
Nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness.
The staff was very nice and helpful.
The menus were delicious, nothing to complain about.
The setting is magnificent, evening meals and breakfast outside, very pleasant.
We will not hesitate to come back

18/11/2024: Les lieux sont agréables, lumineux, propices aux échanges avec ses voisins grâce aux grandes tables très conviviales - le personnel est attentif et agréable - le petit déjeuner excellent, complet... tout ce qu'il faut pour attaquer une journée de shopping !
29/08/2024: Belle boulangerie avec une déco soignée et un espace repas très agréable.
Les viennoiseries sont délicieuses.
