18/08/2024: An excellent culinary break in this intimate restaurant. Very good value for money and high-end products. On the other hand, for a restaurant that aims to be bistronomic, it is not conceivable to have many spelling mistakes on the menu or at the entrance to the restaurant. “Our desserts” “Craft and local beers”… Hence the 4 star rating. Other than that, everything was perfect.
16/08/2024: We have been frequenting this restaurant regularly for 3 years now, whether it is the friendly welcome from Abi or the delicious dishes from Sven, everything is impeccable. This is our best of restaurants.

06/09/2024: While passing through Limoux, we chose the hotel because of its restaurant.
We had a great time. Nothing to say about the hotel, everything was there. As for the restaurant.... we enjoyed ourselves. Our taste buds were enchanted by both the dishes and the choice of wines. A very warm welcome too and very good advice.
Thank you, we will come back and recommend it

14/08/2024: Les restaurateurs travaillent des produits locaux et de saison. Une excellente table, toujours au top été comme hiver. On s'y régale et on s'y sent bien. Les soupes sont délicieuses !

13/09/2024: We took a train from Carcassone to have lunch in Limoux, we chanced on Le Grand Cafe and are very glad we did. It was a bit cold and windy out so we sat inside. There was a lively atmosphere, all tables full
The service was good. I had a beef burger (I don't usually eat hamburgers) but this was exceptionally good, very tasty and made from fresh mince meat. Husband had a pizza napolitana it was very good and a nice size. Great place to eat, we recommend it.

For 2 years we have been coming regularly and with pleasure to have an aperitif and eat at the grand café…
But tonight 🫣😳🥵
After having our usual Aperitif: served without peanuts even though all the tables had them, no stirrer, no slice, no ice cube…
And then the painful thing happens... for a bill that we usually had at 14€... now 20€...
The feeling of being taken for hams…
Poorly served and very very expensive…. What a shame and what a disappointment.😵
We always took 2 rounds! Tonight will have been the last. Disappointed🤧

Room at 90€…very very good…comfortable, quiet, balcony seen on the Place des Arcades…small apartment…comfortable bed, clean…
I fully recommend

16/05/2024: Getting worse and worse from pkus to more expensive, I order 2 kebabs without menus (thus drinks) confirmed by the waiter on the phone, in the end I leave with 2 kebabs without fries it was necessary to specify with completely fries.... anyway next time we will go to the new kebab it can't be worse 15 euros 2 kebabs alone very expensive!!!
14/05/2024: The person who answers the calls has little desire to sell. We called to place a delivery order (from the truck) speaking basic French and he hung up on us twice without even trying to understand. Very bad experience
