the rooms are clean and very good for a 2 star hotel.
Excellent communication with the receptionists, very pleasant and accommodating.

21/05/2024: Pentecost weekend with our group of 60. Very simple, clean room, bathroom to be reviewed. Breakfast OK. Evening meal served by Tony, a brilliant waiter. For meals the 1st evening very good and the 2nd not the best for their moussaka. We were able to stay up after the meal in the evening, which is a plus for a group. Moreover, a group of bikers watched their go pro video. This is a plus for enjoying the evenings. It’s still an address to remember for their attractive half-board rate.

21/08/2024: The casino organizes a free concert every year!!! Great 👍. The interior of the casino is very pleasant, especially in summer because it is air-conditioned. There is a choice of machines.

08/09/2024: Experience dating from the beginning of August. We are 2 women for lunch.
As we entered, we said hello to the waiter (boss): no response. He passes us a second time so 2nd hello, he still doesn't stop. The 3rd time is good for us. He stops and says hello a third time. What haven’t we done!! He said to us in an angry tone, “It’s okay now, we’re not going to say hello to each other all day!”
Nice.
So we almost apologize, we say it's for lunch. We were so poorly received that we left so no opinion on the cuisine.
Terrible experience. We ate in the brasserie next door. Super nice welcome :)

1 heure 30 d'attente pour servir une entrecôte qui ne correspond pas du tout à la cuisson demandée et qui fait plutôt 200 g que 300 gramme
Par la suite leur assiette de fromage est de mauvaise qualité et ils servent deux morceaux au prix de 4
Catastrophique à tous point de vue
02/09/2024: Accueil courtois sans plus, serveur un peu froid, normal vu le ton employé par le patron, apéritif servi sans accompagnements, assiette Aveyronnaise , charcuterie de qualité industrielle, accompagnement tomate pas mures ( en pleine saison) farcous sec , tomate idem et vinaigrette industrielle.
Aligot sans ail , ne file pas et saucisse au kilomètres.
Dessert, salade de fruits à mon avis faites la veille.

02/04/2024: Satisfied during my first visit a few years ago, I'm not suggesting this restaurant to a friend! After having reserved we arrive at this place where nothing was prepared, neither the waiter nor the cook. We order our entrecôtes as well as a glass of wine, no fries because they no longer make them! After a long time, there was no one in the restaurant, a piece of hard barbaque arrived, barely defrosted and very cooked! Nothing what we hoped for...All that with at the end with the "the meat was good?" and "No dessert, so you ate well?" Besides, not cheap. Awkward situation!! I will never come back to this place.
19/02/2024: Reserving on the internet can be good, but saying that the restaurant is open on a Sunday evening, that reservations are possible, reserving a table with my daughter, arriving and realizing that the restaurant is closed, that's ugly. On a Sunday evening, finding another restaurant in Villefranche de Rouergue is almost impossible. So I find it regrettable to offer to book online with poor opening hours, and I would not try the experience again. Change the info. THANKS

05/08/2024: Très bon repas, rapport qualité prix Excellent, service et accueil très sympa, mérite le détour, par rapport à Belcastel qui est d' un rapport beaucoup plus cher.
Je vous le conseille vivement.
