A no-nonsense, unpretentious establishment
Very friendly welcome and service
Very reasonable prices, beautiful and delicious dishes
The fricandeau and calf's head were very good
Just one comment about the state of the toilets... a fresh coat of paint and everything will be perfect!!!
29/11/2025: We had lunch at this brasserie, a very nice discovery, I highly recommend it. The tartare was very fresh and generous, and the kir was perfectly chilled and sparkling. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

11/09/2024: We are 4 Pilgrims who were turned away from Estaing. We were warmly welcomed at the Relais de Boralde. Comfortably installed in beds with sheets 😂, luxury for hikers. An excellent dinner. We recommend this establishment whether you are tourists or hikers

1 heure 30 d'attente pour servir une entrecôte qui ne correspond pas du tout à la cuisson demandée et qui fait plutôt 200 g que 300 gramme
Par la suite leur assiette de fromage est de mauvaise qualité et ils servent deux morceaux au prix de 4
Catastrophique à tous point de vue
02/09/2024: Accueil courtois sans plus, serveur un peu froid, normal vu le ton employé par le patron, apéritif servi sans accompagnements, assiette Aveyronnaise , charcuterie de qualité industrielle, accompagnement tomate pas mures ( en pleine saison) farcous sec , tomate idem et vinaigrette industrielle.
Aligot sans ail , ne file pas et saucisse au kilomètres.
Dessert, salade de fruits à mon avis faites la veille.

22/08/2024: Nous cherchions un coin tranquille et authentique. Le patron a plusieurs casquettes entre la cuisine excellente, le service et la grande connaissance des lieux à ne pas manquer.
Très belle vue sur l Aubrac du parking.
Prix défiant toute concurrence.
