13/02/2026: The waiter is absolutely lovely and the food is very original and delicious.
10/10/2025: What a wonderful surprise! There are often preconceived notions about hotel restaurants, but this restaurant proves that they shouldn't be taken lightly.
We made a last-minute reservation for a business lunch for no fewer than 10 people, and everyone's taste buds were delighted.
The dining room service was top-notch, warm and professional, with tasty and generous plates delivered quickly and at the same time. We'll be back with pleasure :)

22/02/2026: Three set menus at €48 were far too expensive for the quality served. The salmon gravlax was a pile of tiny, poorly sliced pieces. The duck breasts with honey, which lacked honey, were unfortunately overcooked, like shoe leather. The sauce smelled and had the texture of powdered brown stock, and the presentation was truly unappealing. There's a real lack of skill and culinary expertise here; one wonders if there's even a chef in the kitchen. The profiteroles were good. The service was very average, with barely any smiles or friendliness, forgotten coffees, the waitress's lack of knowledge of the menu, etc. I do not recommend this restaurant due to the mediocre food and service.

20/02/2026: We occasionally order delivery from Le Chasseur, and the portions are generous and delicious.
Tonight, the delivery driver forgot part of our order, so the restaurant's waitress came to our home herself to bring it, along with a little extra. Thank you so much for this kind and generous gesture! 😊

24/02/2026: The service was catastrophic at least for our table on the "Valentine's Day evening of February 14th" however thank you to the kitchen, it was excellent.
18/02/2026: Friendliness was definitely lacking! The welcome and service were quite unfriendly. Not even a "bon appétit"... As for the two small pieces of lamb served, they were practically impossible to cut! And therefore, impossible to eat. We pointed this out to the waitress at the end of the meal. Not a word of apology. Then the chef came by and told us, "I was delivered an old piece of meat"... And still no word of apology. Not even a gesture regarding the coffee. Value for money/service: 1/5

02/11/2025: The service was welcoming and friendly, and the cordon bleu with mushroom sauce was delicious! The couscous, the daily special, was served separately, which was a nice touch. We went back twice in the same week 🤗 even at 2 pm the kitchen was open. I highly recommend it 🤩

The decorations were stunning, a real taste of Christmas.

28/11/2025: Had a fantastic dinner here. Came with family and friends and everyone was extremely satisfied with the food and the good service. Firstly, after ordering we got a complimentary amuse-bouche which was Pureed Pea Soup / Potage Saint-Germain. It was delicious and a great start. The Foie gras was classic. A nice appetizer to share, served with bread. Then as a main I tried the Braised Ham Hock / Jambonneau Braisé and it was so delicious and tender. Perfectly cooked and seasoned, melts in your mouth. The only negative was the dessert I tried. We were in a rush at the end of the meal and when we informed the waiter our desserts came out almost instantly. The creme brûlée and creme caramel that people ordered was perfect but I got the chocolate ice cream and sadly it wasn't creamy and it wasn't frozen well because it had ice pieces inside. Other than that everything was fantastic! I highly recommend making a reservation before coming here since it's quite popular and is almost always full.

09/06/2025: For my daughter's wedding, we first had the opportunity to taste the wines to help us make our selections. The welcome was perfect and very friendly. The wines offered were simply perfect, and it was a joy to taste them.
As for the wedding itself, which took place on June 7th, everything was perfect! The welcome, the venue decoration, the aperitifs, the cocktails, the toasts and other treats, the meal, the wines, the cheese buffet, and the dessert buffet… Everything was absolutely delicious!!!
A huge thank you to Céline and her team: you were there from beginning to end, taking excellent care of us, and available at all times, always with a smile. A big thank you and congratulations on the organization!
I highly recommend them!!!

27/05/2025: Warm welcome! I arrived at 2 pm (end of service) and was still served. Delicious fish and chips, and a generous portion to boot. Thank you to the whole team. As soon as I get back from Nancy, I'll be there straight away. And on time this time!

05/01/2026: I ordered a pizza around 6 PM for 7 PM delivery; it arrived at 7:40 PM, and it was cold.
The delivery driver seemed incapable of reading an address, following his GPS, or reading and understanding delivery instructions.
This driver should be fired for this level of incompetence.
31/12/2025: Domino's Illkirch is highly qualified, very fast, and punctual. I have great respect for this team who took 20 minutes to explain the different promotions, product composition, and benefits for organizing a party.

25/06/2024: Repas correct avec des ingrédients simples, par contre la mère et sa fille des plus désagréables si contrariées.
D'une insolence rarement égalée dans le commerce de bouche.
Avons trouvé facilement de quoi les remplacer.
14/06/2024: Nous venons juste de rentrer du restaurant.
C'était un vrai délice pour les papilles.
Ça fait longtemps qu'on n'y avait plus été en raison du covid. C'était pour fêter notre anniversaire de mariage. La cuisine est excellente.
Félicitations au chef et le personnel très agréable.
C'est certain nous y retournerons.
