30/01/2026: There are moments in life when you make wonderful and friendly acquaintances. I must say that our visit to Wissembourg was superb: for the charming town itself, for the time my wife and I spent there, and also for the warm welcome from Anne and Nicolas, with whom we stayed and dined.
Everything was perfect: the atmosphere, the comfort, and an absolutely superb meal. They are such pleasant and genuine people, and we will certainly return to see them if we are ever in the area again.
Thank you both; you truly brightened our stay.
28/01/2026: A truly fantastic restaurant! The decor and atmosphere are excellent; you immediately feel at ease.
We love coming here for lunch because there's a wide variety of choices and everything is always delicious.
In the summer, it's especially pleasant to have lunch in the garden—a real haven of peace and quiet.
The food is excellent, and the whole team is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it!

29/12/2025: I stayed at this beautiful hotel at the end of June 2025. Unfortunately, I became seriously ill at short notice and had to leave early. The hotel staff were kind enough to provide me with painkillers, which I desperately needed. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for this.

07/02/2026: After all the staff learned that the restaurant would be sold on April 1st, 2026, both the service and the food deteriorated significantly. Currently, I cannot recommend the food. I would like to commend Evelyn, the server, who always does a fantastic job.

31/01/2026: The rooms are very basic, but that's exactly what I wanted since we had planned activities in the area and didn't want to spend all day in the room. There's also a TV with German and French channels. The rooms are very clean and simply furnished. We paid €93 for three people for one night. We also booked breakfast for an additional €10 per person on the day of arrival. The breakfast was really extensive. All in all, we would stay here again.

09/01/2026: In France, they still know how to eat well. Everything was superbly prepared and seasoned. A true delight. Very attentive and extremely friendly service. I can highly recommend it.
14/12/2025: We had very high-quality food and excellent service. Our Chablis was also the perfect complement to the meal. The only slight drawback was that the Cordon Bleu was a little firm to the bite, but it was still delicious.

15/02/2026: Conveniently located in the city center, with its wonderful bridge architecture, this place is a great destination for experiencing Wissembourg's culinary scene. The seating is lovely. We were there for lunch, and it wasn't crowded. The menu is well-balanced and meat-heavy. The pan-fried duck liver was excellent, the lamb beautifully presented, though not perfectly tender, and the crème brûlée had a crisp, sugary finish.

08/03/2026: The tarte flambée was okay. In addition to the tarte flambée, which already had mushrooms and melted cheese, we also ordered bacon. We should have asked how much that would cost beforehand. Five euros seems too much. The service was alright, but there's definitely room for improvement. Overall, you don't feel very welcome. It's just a business establishment.

03/03/2026: Zero stars would be too much... We left the store after placing our order; I have never in my life been treated so rudely and arrogantly. Unbelievable.
15/02/2026: Overall, a disappointing experience. The pastries seemed dry and not fresh, which is a shame considering the prices, which I found high.
There's no clear signage regarding the extra charges for eating in, which can be surprising when paying the bill.
The hot chocolate was average, and the whipped cream (store-bought) is an extra charge at a hefty price.
The restrooms were unusable during our visit.
Furthermore, we weren't given a receipt or invoice, and payment was only accepted in cash. It's a shame, because this type of establishment contributes to the overall impression it gives visitors.

01/10/2024: In the summer months it is even more beautiful in the garden. Due to high demand, access to the café has been controlled separately via the garden entrance for several years. At lunchtime on weekends it can take a while to get a table.
The tartlets, sweet or salty, are great.
The coffee is also good for Germans and there is a small pot of hot milk with Mllchkaffee.
The staff is competent, mostly bilingual and very friendly.
29/09/2024: Cold welcome, decent service but the consumption is not up to par, as for homemade chocolate I am still looking for chocolate, bland, tasteless...many pastries on the menu were actually missing.
