30/09/2025: When we were told we could use the UP lunch card at the entrance, I was supposed to be able to pay with it. However, when the bill arrived, it was impossible to pay with the lunch card, neither with my card nor my wife's. To claim they were accepting the card but then not actually accept it upon arrival seems dishonest to me. (The card hadn't been used before, so a €25 charge was possible, and it was a Thursday!) It made for a poor customer experience.

31/03/2026: Strange place for a single woman to go on a Saturday night, lots of men drunk that they won't even let them buy another drink. But I will give you 5 stars for it was an experience I will never forget.

17/02/2026: Fantastic experience! A warm welcome, quick and attentive service, and above all, truly excellent dishes made with quality ingredients. The atmosphere is friendly, perfect for spending quality time with friends or family. You can tell there's real expertise in the kitchen and a dedicated team.

21/05/2026: We stayed at this hotel and booked three rooms. Upon arrival, we were given a Classic room that was extremely small. As a couple, it was barely functional — there was almost no space to move, and the only storage was a very tiny safe. I literally didn’t know where to put our belongings. We politely requested a larger room and they eventually upgraded us, which was appreciated. However, what really surprised and disappointed us was the deposit policy. They took a deposit for the three rooms and told us it was for any spa services or restaurant orders. At check-out, they did not return the deposit immediately. Instead, the receptionist had to go and personally inspect all three rooms before releasing it. The rooms had absolutely nothing valuable — no mini-bar, no valuables, not even bathrobes worth worrying about. It felt as though the hotel treats its guests as potential thieves, which created a very uncomfortable and distrustful atmosphere. If you are a couple, I strongly advise against booking the regular Classic rooms as they are too small and impractical. Regarding the deposit process, it needs serious improvement. The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. The breakfast has a nice French touch with some distinctive items, though the variety was quite limited. The waitresses in the restaurant were very friendly, understanding, and attentive, which was a highlight. we would like to thank the hotel management for their understanding, quick responses, and assistance with any questions we had.

13/05/2026: A very nice hotel, perfectly located in the pedestrian zone of Aix. The rooms are high quality and the staff are lovely. The breakfast was also excellent. I highly recommend it.

10/07/2026: Nice, stylish place. We just had a drink, especially the homemade lemonade, which was delicious! I recommend it; it has that special something.

28/02/2026: We've been to Brasserie du Parc twice recently. The food is good, with excellent value for money. The welcome is pleasant and polite, which is worth mentioning. The only downside concerns the service. On our first visit, we pointed out to the manager a rather long wait time and a few hiccups: coffee spilled in our dessert and coffee ordered but ultimately not served. It was very busy that day, which is understandable, and we remain lenient on this point. This week, on our second visit, the same thing happened: a 30-minute wait after ordering before we had to ask again. The dishes then arrived quickly. However, once we'd finished our meal, it was impossible to get their attention to order coffee or dessert. So we decided to leave it at that. Far from being gratuitous criticism, as the establishment has real qualities, it would simply be appreciated if an effort were made on the follow-up in the dining room in order to achieve a flawless experience.

13/06/2026: I ordered a pan bagnat, what a disappointment! I don't know if they bake the bread themselves, but it was incredibly dry and not very good. I understand why it's hidden in its box. It was almost suffocating, which is a shame considering the recipe's origins. The only good point was that it had anchovies. The cheesecake was also heavy and dense, nothing like the cheesecake I know. I didn't even finish it. I'm really disappointed.

11/12/2025: The transfer of ownership was handled perfectly, by both the new and former owners. Go without hesitation. A loyal customer for years. It's a great, relaxed bistro, not to be confused with a restaurant. Given inflation, the prices remain competitive.

16/06/2026: The place is lovely, located in a quiet little square, with seating available on the terrace or inside. Takeout is also available. The ingredients are fresh and homemade. The pizzas are excellent, with a light and crispy crust… there are other dishes and set menus to suit your tastes. The owner and chef are very friendly, attentive, and responsive to customers. The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous.

27/06/2026: I won't comment on the food as it's a matter of personal taste. I think it's great to have a place where you can come and dance with a DJ on Thursday nights, and I'll gladly come back. However, I really don't appreciate having to pay for bottled water in plastic and not having it mentioned anywhere that you can't get a carafe. Especially during this heatwave, I found it frankly very unprofessional, even bordering on rude. Next time, I'll bring my own reusable water bottle! 🤗

06/06/2026: The place is cute and has potential. The fries are good, but the veggie burger is pretty mediocre. The staff was rather cold and seated us at a table that was only partially in the sun, even though several tables in the shade were available. In the summer, it's really not very pleasant. Furthermore, customers are allowed to vape and smoke. Since there's no flexibility in choosing a table, the experience becomes even more unpleasant.
