30/09/2025: When we were told we could use the UP lunch card at the entrance, I was supposed to be able to pay with it. However, when the bill arrived, it was impossible to pay with the lunch card, neither with my card nor my wife's. To claim they were accepting the card but then not actually accept it upon arrival seems dishonest to me. (The card hadn't been used before, so a €25 charge was possible, and it was a Thursday!) It made for a poor customer experience.

28/02/2026: We've been to Brasserie du Parc twice recently. The food is good, with excellent value for money. The welcome is pleasant and polite, which is worth mentioning. The only downside concerns the service. On our first visit, we pointed out to the manager a rather long wait time and a few hiccups: coffee spilled in our dessert and coffee ordered but ultimately not served. It was very busy that day, which is understandable, and we remain lenient on this point. This week, on our second visit, the same thing happened: a 30-minute wait after ordering before we had to ask again. The dishes then arrived quickly. However, once we'd finished our meal, it was impossible to get their attention to order coffee or dessert. So we decided to leave it at that. Far from being gratuitous criticism, as the establishment has real qualities, it would simply be appreciated if an effort were made on the follow-up in the dining room in order to achieve a flawless experience.

16/02/2026: I went there to play my Euromillions lottery ticket. I don't know their food, but judging by the number of people eating there, it's worth checking out.

14/02/2026: It's a great food truck; the food, service, and atmosphere are all top-notch. I 100% recommend it! You'll love it. The burgers are amazing, the desserts are great too, especially the brownie 🤩, and the staff is friendly and efficient.

11/12/2025: The transfer of ownership was handled perfectly, by both the new and former owners. Go without hesitation. A loyal customer for years. It's a great, relaxed bistro, not to be confused with a restaurant. Given inflation, the prices remain competitive.

25/02/2026: I discovered this brasserie by chance and often stopped by for sandwiches at lunchtime. It's quick and very good, but be careful with the ordering; there are a lot of mistakes…

03/02/2026: As a former tourist who has since become a resident of Aix-en-Provence, I frequented this establishment from my very first visits as a tourist, and again after settling in the city. This allows me to confidently say, with a degree of perspective, that this restaurant is anything but a tourist trap. An establishment celebrating 50 years in business has nothing left to prove: the consistency and loyalty of its clientele speak for themselves. True tourist traps, on the other hand, never last. When you've taken the time to travel, both in France and abroad, you learn to distinguish authentic places from purely opportunistic establishments. This distinction, it seems, isn't obvious to everyone. Before judging, one must have solid points of comparison. Here, they have existed for half a century.

22/09/2024: We had a beautiful birthday dinner in the lovely fountain courtyard outside of the restaurant. The food and wine were delicious and this will always be a memorable evening.

28/02/2026: I stopped by on my way back from a trip abroad, and I was disappointed because the restaurant was closed for renovations! And it wasn't listed on Google.

25/02/2026: You place a €40 delivery order and they don't send you the right sandwiches, no sauces, no napkin. Disappointed, it's not the first time.

15/03/2026: The best brunch we've had so far! Complete, hearty, and made with quality ingredients! We especially loved the Brunette beer; be sure to take a jar home with you!!

08/03/2026: We ate at this establishment with friends and were very disappointed. The food was of poor quality and the prices very high for what was offered. The pancakes were mass-produced and poorly presented. As for the open-faced sandwiches, they were completely tasteless. We expected a much better experience, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

01/12/2025: The pizzas are okay, however the lady serving in the evening is unpleasant, it seems like we are bothering her and there are too many cigarette breaks.

23/12/2025: Very basic, cafeteria-style meal. Simple, with little effort put into the presentation and not very generous portions. Friendly welcome.
