28/08/2024: We had an excellent stay at Mas d’Aigret. The establishment is well located, making it easy to discover the city. The room was clean, comfortable and the view was breathtaking. The staff was welcoming and smiling, which made our experience even more pleasant. Breakfast, varied and tasty. The restaurant's dishes are tasty, but a little expensive in our opinion.

06/09/2024: I don't usually leave reviews but I felt the need. We ended up by chance in this restaurant in the heart of this wonderful place, expecting the usual tourist menu... Surprised, we were instead pleasantly impressed by both the attentive and friendly service and the beauty and goodness of the dishes offered. Definitely come here
03/09/2024: Notre passage obligé chaque été en Provence. Cela fait maintenant 4 année de suite que nous dînons dans ce restaurant lors de notre séjour d'été en Provence. L'accueil est toujours excellent et la nourriture est parfaite. Le rapport qualité prix est très correct au regard de la qualité des plats servis généreusement. Vous ne risquez pas de partir avec la faim si vous prenez le menus à 35€ par personne hors boisson.
Les prix des boissons étant tout à fait correct pour le lieu (nous sommes aux baux de Provence). Le cadre est parfait pour un dîner en couple et l'ambiance est calme.

A place and a team that match what we find on the plates.
Returning there is always a magical moment.
21/08/2024: Friendly place, warm welcome, delicious food. Small downside, for the food/wine pairing, the choice of the sommelier did not suit me. But despite this, I strongly recommend making a gourmet stop there.

On est surpris du début à la fin, on n est pas simplement au restaurant mais en train d assister au spectacle d’un artiste et sa troupe
Et tout cela dans une ambiance simple et ultra conviviale
Ayant déjà fait plusieurs étoilés, je peux dire qu aucun ne m a autant agréablement surpris que celui ci
Nous reviendrons , c est certain !!!
20/08/2024: Le dîner à l'Oustau avec le chef Glen Viel était somptueux. Magnifique menu Ballade à 340€ avec notamment une bouillabaisse revisitée qui était incroyable. Le chef Viel vient discuter avec toutes les tables, il est charmant et très accessible et il prend même la pose pour faire quelques photos! Personnel très gentil et professionnel.

01/09/2024: Nice welcome, we had lunch inside, no more room on the terrace.
Prices a little high, but looking at the dishes, we understand.
Hearty salad+... The tomatoes from the garden were excellent and what can we say about the burrata.
My daughter enjoyed the lasagna.
So plentiful that we didn't have dessert.
A pretty table.

20/08/2024: A warm and unpretentious place, with a pleasant shaded terrace, dynamic and sparkling service, and simple and delicious Italian dishes every lunchtime of the week as well as Friday evenings. The cooking of the pasta, the sauces that accompany it, but also the desserts are simply impeccable, and the Abruzzo red is perfectly light.
Congratulations to Julien and the women in his life!
30/07/2024: In the top ! Fresh dishes, few choices but which shows the attention given to each dish! We came twice between noon and work break - pleasant and fast service! It was excellent ! - favorite for Coyotte 🥰

Though one of the oysters in the seafood platter was rotten, and one of the family members who had roasted lam fell ill afterwards. We are not sure with their hygene standard...
We have notified the staff for the rotten oyster (was brown and smelled disgusting), they apologised but did not even try to change the platter nor deducted the price of the platter. Quite poor service.
25/09/2024: Incredible place, magnificent welcome, food is just divine, on the other hand the lady who served us, I felt like military service, no pleasant words even at the end of our meal the lady absolutely wanted us to leave!!!
But the main thing is the food and the incredible place. Too bad for this lady’s service!

28/08/2024: It was good (I had the lamb) but too expensive for what it is. Obviously the tourist side has to be paid for. But for my friend who had a tartare, we would have liked homemade fries for example.
The service was correct, fast and without pushing consumption.
The setting is nice, this backyard is pleasant.
13/08/2024: Good reception, the meal met expectations... Good value for money, however, a few additional fans on the terrace would be a plus... Recommended

Horrible. Frozen pizzas (from 15 euros!!!) to which they add cheese to make it more "artisanal", melon salad for 18 euros with pieces of melon and 3 slices of Aosta ham (I don't even know if it's 'is Aoste, I think it's a sub-brand), desserts straight from a freezer. Absolutely horrible and overpriced.
I don't understand where the positive reviews come from...We certainly pay for the view, but for the food: avoid!!!

06/09/2024: Acceuil et service parfait. Sommelier très professionnel pour les accords plats/vins.
Cadre superbe avec vue sur les jardins et étang très bien entretenus.
Très vaste terrasse d'été avec tables bien dressées et intimes.
Cuisine raffinée.
Bon rapport qualité-prix .....Excellent moment pour une détente parfaite.
30/08/2024: Cuisine raffinée avec mets de qualité mais on peut regretter la quasi absence d’accompagnement sur le plat principal. Mon mari qui a bon appétit s’est calé avec du pain ! Nous avons été déçus par l’accord mets-vin et le service du sommelier qui nous a un peu oublié…

25/08/2024: Very friendly welcome, only small downside we had reserved well in advance for six people, the meal was good but light in quantity and surprisingly when we asked for a dessert there was none. Not even a scoop of ice cream or any other offer.... really too bad.
24/08/2024: During a family stay in the region we were able to eat very good pizzas. The setting is very pleasant, the service top-notch, the pizzas delicious.
Being a vegetarian, I enjoyed the 4 cheeses and the burrata.
Don't hesitate to take a look.

18/09/2024: We arrived, table in full sun, not possible to sit in the shade. There are parasols, we offer to open one, but the waitress refuses. We therefore leave the premises, it is his choice.
We would simply have done without hearing her grumble about how she doesn't have time to close her umbrellas, clear the tables and serve everyone...
The smile is totally absent, the love of the job as well I imagine.

Excellent dishes with pretty artistic decorations. Very friendly.
I highly recommend it.
