16/02/2026: We had a wonderful meal! I had a ribeye steak, it was tender, homemade fries, and the tiramisu was to die for, a real treat! Go for it!
06/02/2026: We wanted to have lunch at this restaurant because Google indicated it was open until 10:30 PM. The chef agreed to serve us even though we arrived around 2:30 PM, but every time we ordered a dish, something was always missing. He was only interested in making his profit and refused to make any concessions. It's a shame; he lost two potential customers. We only had a drink while waiting for our meal, which we had to cancel because he wouldn't serve the dishes on the menu. Special mention goes to the bar staff and the waiter, who were lovely and apologized on behalf of the chef. The chef didn't even come to speak to us.

23/03/2026: I chose this restaurant for my birthday because what I saw online appealed to me 😀 A very beautiful place, lovely terrace, and a large, modern dining room with very high ceilings, just a little noisy for me... A small starter to share with my husband 🙂 then for me, an absolutely delicious confit lamb shank with mashed potatoes, and for my husband, a divine duck breast with the same mashed potatoes as me 🤗 Gourmet coffee for both of us ☕️ A very warm welcome and perfect service, thank you!
We will gladly return, and soon for my husband's birthday this time, but on the terrace ⛱️☀️

10/12/2024: Very well stocked bakery. The bread offered is very competitively priced and very good. The loyalty program is well done and interesting. Always with a pleasant welcome.
For Mother's Day, following the SMS received regarding the offer with a rose, I went to buy pies and bread. The saleswoman tells me that there are no more roses at 11am!!! Not very professional and false advertising.

22/09/2025: A clean place, nicely decorated, neither too much nor too little. A place that deserves, I think, to be visited a little more often.
11/09/2025: I'm also one of those people who had a bad experience with the owner: I had the misfortune of asking him what brand of rum he served, and not having any, he didn't like it... He then became unpleasant, even aggressive, to the point of refusing to serve me a charcuterie board, because I dared to ask if it was possible to have it without cheese sausage...: impossible with "so many people" (20 people...).
It's a shame because otherwise the establishment is quite nice, but it doesn't make you want to go back.

24/03/2026: Too expensive for what it is. The cashier was extremely haughty and unpleasant. The only positive point was the children's ride.
23/03/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience today. The elderly woman at the crepe and ice cream counter was treated unequally for no reason. She was haughty and offered a service to some customers but refused to us.
There were several mistakes and shocking waste: ice cream was thrown away and unnecessarily remade, and a perfectly edible crepe was taken back and replaced with a smaller, undercooked one—incomprehensible and leaving a strong sense of injustice.
There was also a problem with the manager at the checkout: I was charged twice for a crepe, and then I received an incorrect refund that I had to get corrected.
Despite my calm remarks, the manager took her side and behaved arrogantly.
It's a shame, because the rest of the team (servers and kitchen staff) was great.

27/06/2025: Good climbing gym with well-maintained routes. The only problems are the renewal of the routes, which sometimes remain for a very long time (even though I suspect that it is a big job to renew), the fact that there are regularly entire sections of empty walls after competitions and that we still pay full price, and the lack of air conditioning which has been felt for a few weeks.

17/09/2024: Accueil très sympathique du responsable Prise de commande rapide. Plats servis chauds et portions abondante. Très grands choix Si vous allez à Vitrole un samedi n hésitez pas de plus que la plupart des restos centre ville sont fermés
