17/01/2026: Worst burger I've ever eaten! Dry bun, overcooked meat with absolutely no flavor (clearly frozen), a measly bit of cheese stuck to the bun, no sauce... Not to mention the dining room wasn't soundproofed, so it was incredibly noisy. Plus, there was no ventilation; we left with all our clothes reeking of cooking. In short, a complete disaster! This restaurant has very little in common with the Relais d'Alsace I knew previously.

04/01/2026: A deplorable experience. No greeting upon arrival; we felt like we were intruding the moment we walked in the door. The staff practically brushed us off, with a haughty and unpleasant attitude. Zero sense of hospitality, zero respect for the customer. Frankly, it doesn't even deserve one star. Avoid at all costs.

08/02/2026: Buy some Choupes, your Captain Tonic is disgusting (but good atmosphere).

26/12/2025: We were very disappointed with our Christmas meal: 3 hours and 15 minutes at the table for 3 courses, a long wait, a champagne aperitif with no accompaniments that lasted an hour, a fish starter that was supposed to be hot but served barely lukewarm (the same for the side dish with the main course), the dessert we requested was served almost last even though we were among the first to arrive (the ice cream was dripping onto the plate), unfriendly service where women weren't served first, and we didn't even get our carafe of water to finish the meal (the staff were too busy clearing a table). The setting was promising, but the experience was very disappointing, especially for a Christmas meal.

30/11/2025: A lovely brasserie, but a major culinary disappointment. The dishes were barely hot, and there was a discrepancy between the names of the dishes and what actually arrived on the plate. Poor value for money.
