Passing through Aurillac, we chose this place for dinner.
The service was excellent, and the cuisine matched the quality of the service. You absolutely must try the prawn galette with leek fondue and the cuttlefish galette with potato; I don't remember the sauce, sorry.
But I highly recommend this place. Thank you for your warm welcome and the quality of your food.

25/04/2026: Excellent family lunch: the appetizers, the flavorful and perfectly cooked Salers beef, the cheese platter, and the dessert—everything was delicious and of high quality. The service was very friendly. The chef, Didier Guibert, even came to greet us at the end of the meal to make sure we were satisfied. Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful time!
13/04/2026: A reliable choice in Aurillac: the setting lacks a bit of warmth and the portions tend to be smaller than they used to be, but it's still well-prepared and very tasty. Unusually for Aurillac, there's a chef in the kitchen.

28/12/2025: A very warm and attentive welcome, especially with two young children; everything was done to make them feel comfortable and enjoy an excellent lunch. A moment much appreciated by the parents and grandfather as well. The "pounti" was original and delicious, and the poultry, desserts, and Alsatian Pinot Noir were equally excellent.

19/07/2026: We had lunch as a family at this brasserie, which we stumbled upon quite by chance. The owner, a rugby fan, and his partner were very welcoming, and the waiter was friendly. We had excellent homemade fries, which is quite rare and worth mentioning. The meat was exquisite, as was the crème brûlée. The wine and cheese were excellent and locally sourced. I highly recommend this brasserie; we'll be back, if only to see the owner's collector's jersey! Thank you for a wonderful meal!
15/07/2026: A mass-produced croque monsieur. A long wait for pike-perch with beurre blanc sauce... finally served with fish and chips sauce.
In short, I don't recommend it.

13/07/2026: My partner and I had lunch there. Their blue cheese sauce is to die for. We ordered the ribeye and the sirloin steak, both excellent. The waiter is charismatic and has a unique, distinctly Auvergne personality. I really liked him. The chocolate fondant for dessert was delicious. We were told everything was homemade. In short, we were very happy with our meal, even though some customers can easily be overlooked when the restaurant is crowded.

12/05/2026: A very warm welcome. I tried the sweetbreads with morel sauce… They were absolutely divine and very generous portions. I highly recommend them.
I'm even looking forward to coming back to work in the area to try new dishes.

27/07/2026: Disappointed, as always... A Happy Meal without a toy (thanks for the disappointed child, especially considering the price of a Happy Meal where you pay extra for the toy...)
The quality and quantity are really lacking; the toppings on the McFlurries are extremely meager... And again, the price is very high for what it is...
Plus, everything is extra, even the drinks in the kids' meals... It all adds up to a high bill for fast food...
26/07/2026: The service time was adequate, and the food was barely lukewarm, but let's move on.
However, it's outrageous to charge an extra two euros on a drink for what was literally just a measly bit of syrupy tapioca pearls. I tried it once, and I won't be going back!

15/07/2026: It used to be a great, pleasant restaurant, but for several months now the Spanish waiter has been unpleasant, almost rude, and very moody. We won't be going back.
