The service is great, lots of kindness and humor, good humor and the pancakes and crepes are delicious🙏🏻
28/02/2024: Warm atmosphere, welcoming staff. The pancakes are succulent. The raclette/bacon pancake is very good, but being (naturally) salty it is better to have salad with it. “Too bad” that this is extra and not automatically associated with each pancake, or at least the fattest ones. The salad is good. The apple and caramel galette (dessert) is delicious. I recommend this restaurant.

A gourmet who doesn't leave out local specialties, that's rare!
From appetizers to dessert, everything is perfect.
A fair and worked vision from the chef who did not fail to greet us, which is extremely appreciable.
The service is young and warm, in a simple and flirtatious atmosphere.
5 stars for this superb discovery.
Go there with your eyes closed!

01/04/2024: Very well maintained rooms in the heart of Aurillac. Extremely friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Difficult parking situation. Use the garage behind the house, but parking spaces are tight! No restaurant on site.
20/03/2024: A charming hotel that fully deserves its 3 stars, the Grand Hotel de Bordeaux is located in the heart of the small town of Aurillac. Our room was peaceful and flawless. The bathroom was equipped with a bathtub. An elevator facilitates access to the floors.
Laundry services offered at a reasonable rate. Breakfast is offered in two options: “traditional” and all-you-can-eat buffet. The staff was professional and helpful. We appreciated the possibility of leaving our luggage in the afternoon after our departure, allowing us to fully enjoy our last day in Aurillac without constraints.
Take a detour to the bar/lounge to admire the pretty, bright glass tile ceiling.

A poultry supreme with the shape of a chicken leg and a bone?
Sorry I ran away...
However, it's not very complicated to take out a piece of nicely roasted chicken with a homemade blue cheese sauce and three potatoes cut into the shape of fries.
