19/02/2026: While passing through Bourges, we enjoyed a delicious couscous and tagine at this restaurant. It's a shame the food got cold quite quickly. Perhaps they could install a candle system under the dish to keep it warm so we could enjoy it until the end of the meal.

07/02/2026: What a wonderful surprise to have discovered this restaurant and dined at Aïcha's with my family! The setting is lovely, and Isma, Aïcha's daughter, is a very pleasant person who only added to the enjoyment of the meal. The couscous was divine; I've rarely tasted such delicious couscous. We will definitely return on our next trip to Bourges.

The welcome is particularly pleasant: smiling, attentive, and professional, without ever being intrusive. The service is smooth and efficient, which greatly enhances the enjoyment of the meal. You can sense a genuine desire to do things well and offer a quality experience. The cuisine is refined and delicious, prepared with excellent ingredients, and the dishes are well-balanced. Everything is expertly executed, unpretentious yet full of flavor. The value for money is very reasonable, especially considering the quality offered and the location. In short, Au Rez de Chaussée is a sure bet: a warm, genuine, and pleasant place that we readily recommend and where we'll happily return.

22/02/2026: Passing through Bourges, I decided, along with my little red sweater, to spend my last evening in a cozy and welcoming place. Despite the torrential rain, it was a resounding success. Xavier and his friends welcomed me like family. The people, the atmosphere, the food, the music—everything was perfect! What more can I say? La Pleine Lune will definitely be a must-visit on my next trip to Bourges! Hugs and kisses to you all, including my little guitarist, and see you soon!

08/02/2026: A nice little restaurant with a menu that changes regularly and a few must-try dishes (I love the Océane). Reasonably priced, excellent value for money. I recommend it.

29/11/2025: There were two of us eating. I got yelled at because the restaurant looked like a kebab shop. I insisted on eating there (well, not much) and we thoroughly enjoyed it; the fries were homemade. We'll definitely be back this time. Conclusion: I didn't get yelled at, thank you! (And what's more, I finally managed to seal the deal, which wasn't a sure thing...)

22/02/2026: Rather disappointed. On the plus side, the atmosphere was cozy and intimate. But from the start, it was a bad experience. The website states that the restaurant opens at 7:15 pm, but it actually opens at 7:30 pm. There were three couples and a family waiting outside. The service was also odd; the first person to order wasn't served. As for the food, it was very good, comparable to what you can find elsewhere for a bit less in Bourges, but the portions were small. The side dishes, for example, were tiny—quinoa, which isn't that expensive! I left feeling a bit hungry after a three-course meal.

14/02/2026: Excellent restaurant. Very rustic, just the way we like it. The service is perfect and the wait time is ideal. It's not our first time here and we've never been disappointed. Furthermore, the waitresses are incredibly kind and the welcome is so warm. We will come back again and again and we recommend it 10,000%! The tip is well deserved 👍🏼 Kudos to the chefs as well 🫶🏼 and thank you for your good cheer 🫶🏼

06/03/2026: I can't say if it's good or not because I was coming from a restaurant at lunchtime, as I was just passing through on vacation. We had decided to have coffee and dessert at another place, including this crêperie. But as soon as I sat down, and I wasn't hungry, the waiter told us, "That's normal, if you don't order, I won't serve you. I'm not working for free." So, one crêpe and two coffees for dessert? I don't think it's for free. Now, given the negative reviews about the waiter every time, I think you should really reconsider his future. Avoid this place at all costs. It's the first time I've ever seen anything like it.
