But the restaurant's true signature is undoubtedly its magnificent open fireplace, where the chef grills meats right before your eyes. A spectacle as delicious as it is promising! We began with a generous and perfectly prepared bone marrow, before moving on to an absolutely remarkable rib of beef. The quality of the meat is exceptional, and the perfectly executed cooking testifies to true expertise. Here, the product reigns supreme, and fire is an art! This is an establishment that offers everything one could wish for: a setting with character, impeccable service, fine wines, and above all, authentic cuisine that celebrates meat without overdoing it. A wonderful discovery, which we recommend without hesitation and where we will gladly return!
