08/09/2024: Quelle belle maison que ce resto, beau avec une cuisine inventive et goûteuse. On sent LE bon produit, on sent le travail en cuisine. L’accueil est souriant, on s’y sent si bien ! Merci pour ce moment de bonheur

27/07/2024: Excellent welcome and meal. Small bowl of water for our dogs is always a pleasure. We will come back.

25/11/2025: Excellent! The only downside was that I asked for some fries to try and was charged an extra €6...without being told beforehand! Expensive fries!!!

14/11/2025: A beautiful establishment, steeped in history and tastefully decorated. The home-style cooking is excellent; the calf's head is superb, the freshwater fish dishes are delicious, and the desserts are delightful. The wine list is lovely and original. The place looks very inviting for a drink with friends and a few board games. All this in the picturesque heart of Semur-en-Auxois, a small town we love. We will be back.

26/08/2024: Unfortunately I had a very bad experience in this restaurant. Yesterday, I was with my husband and ordered a salmon with leek sauce and I received the plate, the salmon was dry, very small and there was a cold pasta that had a sour taste. Was very frustrated. My husband paid full price and the waitress couldn't offer a solution. We don't speak French, but German and English. We felt that was a problem too. Definitely, not a recommendation.

25/08/2024: Overcooked fries impossible to prick them with the fork burger good but it was missing some smoked bacon elements which were brought back to us on a plate...in short not a great experience..
