16/03/2026: I highly recommend Délices de Byzance in Semur-en-Auxois. For me, it's clearly the gourmet kebab in the region. The quality is consistently excellent: the meat is flavorful, the ingredients are fresh, and everything is prepared with great care. You can really taste the difference. I live in Vitteaux and I make the trip regularly, often with my family, because we love this restaurant so much. We've never been disappointed. The staff is always very professional, smiling, and pleasant, which makes the experience even better. The welcome is warm, and you feel truly at ease every time you visit. Plus, they work very quickly and efficiently: even when it's busy, the service remains effective, and you hardly ever wait, which is really appreciated. And above all, it's excellent every time: the portions are generous, the flavors are top-notch, and you always leave satisfied. For me, Délices de Byzance is a must-visit in Semur-en-Auxois.

14/02/2026: We were very pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. We received a very warm welcome. Everything was delicious, beautifully presented with high-quality ingredients. A lovely touch: a small rose for Valentine's Day at the end of the meal.

15/04/2026: Plants just the way I like them. Well-maintained and a welcoming, warm atmosphere. Homemade fries, perfect value for money.

08/04/2026: Very average, the Chicken Gaston Gerard was a complete disaster! The recipe wasn't followed! The dessert was uninteresting. Frankly, expensive and very mediocre.
