A very generous aperitif board for €9 is offered and no regrets!! Excellent 👌
The gratins are generous (small downside on the cooking of the potatoes), competitive gourmet coffee.

16/03/2024: Romantic dinner without reservation, very well received, pleasant and attentive boss, the boss is in the kitchen, fresh local local products, everything is homemade, with special creations from the boss for drinks. cozy atmosphere and decor, we're happy It smells good. Classic rock music in the background. Thank you for this good time. We will come back with pleasure.

11/03/2024: Lamb shank: I found that the sauce was lacking and the meat was a little dry. Suddenly everything was dry.
The Risotto was very good.
In the dish it was announced sweet potato puree, it was a tablespoon no more.
For the price I found that the plate lacked garnishes... it was a bit empty.
For dessert, €8 the tiramisu was very small, too much cream and not enough cake too bad.
The service was very slow, almost 40 minutes to get our dish (3/4 tables that evening).
Dishes served, we asked for bread twice, we waited almost 10 minutes, the dish got cold... Too bad.

Aperitif to put your mouth on...
Alex took the suggestion of the day, the "Charolais beef tournedos with morel sauce, Rossini style": very tender meat, extra foie gras!
He had a blast!
We had the “Filets de perche meunière” à la carte. They are served with puffed potatoes, a small green salad, and a very good homemade tartar sauce! Perfect !
Wine by the glass, so as not to waste... And crème brûlée to finish!
We feasted !
We will come back !

The place is superb! Right in the middle of nature.
The kindness of the hosts, A real family atmosphere in this beautiful restaurant, enough to keep your children occupied for hours thanks to all the indoor and outdoor games available.
Meal wise, I hope you are hungry because everything was very well served and above all very good!
As a starter, we let ourselves be tempted by frog legs
As a main course, a homemade soup for our son which was excellent
And for us, an incredible fondue 👌
Thank you for this great time!

I particularly like the bath side, otherwise the terrace in summer, whatever the side, even if the river side adds even more charm.
The food is very good, the staff is friendly. I recommend.

31/03/2024: Extremely disappointing experience: unpleasant service, with harsh remarks bordering on disrespect and the opposite of what is expected of a server. On the menu side, two possible choices with Franche-Comté dishes only, allowing you to discover local specificities. For dessert, only an industrial chocolate mousse from Métro, filthy.
Besançon is full of other, much more pleasant addresses. So my advice is to move on.

Typical regional food, super good too.
