19/03/2026: Very disappointed. We waited an hour for our meal, other customers arrived after us but were served before us, and our food was cold. We didn't receive the dessert we ordered. It was very expensive for four scallops and three scoops of ice cream (€48). We won't be returning. However, the hotel and spa were excellent, as was the breakfast. The restaurant is definitely the only negative point.

The decor is soft and modern, the staff is very pleasant and classy, ​​the taste buds are tantalized, and the visuals are stunning with light and flavorful cuisine, a journey through time, and quality ingredients! 11/11/2024: Apart from the site and the beautiful dining room, the rest is to be avoided!!! We start with an aperitif served without fanfare or rather without appetizers or peanuts, well done!.... After 20 minutes of waiting, our order arrives: - A “Kigburger” served lukewarm with little or no cheese..... - A "Lakig" pizza whose overcooked dough has the consistency (And the taste?...) of a cardboard plate and whose topping is characterized by the poor quality of the ingredients that compose it.... A funny detail however: when we ordered, the waitress asked me if I wanted an EXTRA FRIES for €5 with my pizza, authentic!!!.... By the way, €5 per portion, excellent profitability for one or two potatoes! More than 5 minutes of waiting and two requests to finally see the chili oil arrive which has been distributed on a pizza which has since become barely warm. A “wine list” which gives the choice between a pitcher of red, rosé or white wine at €15 for 50 cl and obviously more expensive wines from the different wine-growing regions of our beautiful France. To hell with greed and so we opt for a half Corsican IGP rosé for a little over €17 and they bring us back... a pitcher of rosé. Asked about what we assume to be an error in the order, the waitress tells us that it is indeed the Corsican rosé ordered, that she opened the appropriate bottle herself and.... that she poured the contents into this pitcher!!! Yeah...that one, I admit that no one had ever done it to me!!! We then try to make him understand that the menu thus presented implied the service of a bottle of Corsican rosé opened in front of us and not of a pitcher in which we can put whatever we want but in front of the almost dialogue lunar that was establishing itself, we preferred to let it go. So this “wine” you say??? Well, to be clear, I would say that infamous is the only word that comes to mind regarding this piquette, which is nevertheless scandalously sold at... €35.40 per liter, sorry!!! We didn't even finish our first drink, luckily we had a carafe of water!!! In summary, there is no question of returning to this creperie/pizzeria. But then, it's up to you.

27/09/2025: I finally got to eat in the restaurant of Hotel de la Pointe restaurant. A great food experience that didn’t disappoint, excellent service in the floor and the kitchen chefs clearly know how to cook fish ( and vegetables 😉). It was brilliant to meet all the team at the end of the meal. Well done!

19/03/2026: Disappointment after two visits. I can only say that I used to come often a few years ago, and it was a completely different experience! It was always packed! The potatoes weren't hot enough, and they didn't even ask if we were satisfied... What a shame!

05/03/2026: Warm welcome. The crêpes and galettes are good and generously filled. The cider is good, as is the coffee. I recommend it.

25/01/2026: For Christmas, I bought four 250g boxes of assorted chocolates. What a disappointment! During the tasting in the shop, I sampled excellent dark and milk chocolates. However, the boxes I received as gifts contained almost three-quarters fruit-filled chocolates, which is completely different from what is advertised for sale. These were Christmas gifts for my family and friends, who did not appreciate the chocolates. So, the disappointment is twofold. If I had known the contents of the boxes were so unbalanced, I would never have made the purchase. I would have preferred to go to a brand like Jeff de Bruges, which is less expensive and, above all, more transparent about the quality and contents of its products. This practice is deeply disappointing and gives the impression of a misleading experience for the customer.

24/10/2025: I bought two different baguettes. They are very good and crispy. Strangely, as I approached the bakery, I didn't smell the typical bakery smell (the tempting smell of bread and pastries coming out of the oven). But that's a detail. The bread is delicious.

13/10/2025: I'm from the peninsula. I don't go to the bakery on the peninsula every day, but it's an exceptional bakery. Everything is homemade. It's never from the day before. You come by at 6:30 a.m. and the pastries are still warm. The people who complain are often passing through and have nothing else to do: criticize and then go to Marie Blachere, who is not a reference. So, madam, sir, the owners continued as you are. The peninsula encourages you to continue.

05/12/2025: A unique place, a working-class restaurant with a family atmosphere in a friendly setting, the menus are varied and generous, the staff, from the owner to the waiters, are attentive and always smiling, a place not to be missed.

01/01/2026: We don't know if the most deplorable thing is the state of the room or the manager's attitude! There's definitely a ton of dust that's accumulated over many months, and patches of mold... and yet we're not clean freaks! There's a minimum standard, though! The quality of the cleaning is just like the owner: mediocre!

10/11/2025: As promised, a quick update on our visit to Le Bistrot de la Mer restaurant. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the owner's unique welcome. These open and friendly exchanges were so refreshing, and to top it all off, the dishes were a true delight for the taste buds, with the homemade Kouign-Amann earning a Top Chef award. We'll be back, and happy birthday, Mr. Scorpion!! 😂😉

21/03/2026: A BHV department store whose clientele has changed in recent years. The customers are amusing, very colorful. There are many smiling faces, others more angry, who seem to resent the whole world. Yet the food and drinks served are top-notch. The steak-frites are excellent. The chocolate mousse is unrivaled. And the coffee is strong and invigorating, just the way I like it. Next to this excellent eatery is a wooden carousel playing soft and more strident notes under the Mayor's office.

11/03/2026: Waffle with hot chocolate The waffle was microwaved, and on top of that, the chocolate looked like chocolate dog food. I do not recommend it.

28/03/2026: Hello, thank you for your welcome today. No restaurants were open in Port Manech today. We were lucky to stumble upon this well-stocked bar/grocery store with very reasonable prices. Thank you for your help. We will remember our hike. Thank you for the knife. See you soon, We highly recommend it.

01/03/2026: We parked our van in the beach car park (thanks to the town hall for this spot) and walked less than 10 minutes along the coastal path to reach this bar. We received a warm welcome in this place full of locals; the atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. We also discovered this excellent Belgian beer, Vedett.
