26/04/2024: You have 1 staff who take care our group 23 paxs and other group, 12 paxs. He do everythings, take order beverages then serve beverage, take order all items and serve individually.
He did very well but only one can't serve everything well enough.
Everything is so slow slow slow, we waited very longgggg time.
We will not go to your restaurant except you will increase more staff to serve.

04/04/2024: The Bureau sur Bègles is an institution in decline. I used to frequent this establishment daily.
Previously, the service was continuous on weekends and ended at 3 p.m. on weekdays, then at 2:30 p.m.
But now, no more continuous service on weekends, no more service after 2:30 p.m. on weekdays!
However, the Bureau's principle is to offer a simple and effective brasserie menu.
Home ? No comments, it is non-existent!
The new owners are seriously lacking in professionalism in all aspects of management.
For them, a customer is just a turnover. Congratulations, you have managed to lose the trust of a client who was spending several thousand euros per year!

02/04/2024: The Makila Café is a beautiful family story, it's Basque sunshine on the plates, it's real homemade with delicious fries. It's a beautiful terrace in front of the Garonne and a top team who goes out of their way to welcome you for lunch, dinner, or an aperitif.
02/04/2024: A duck confit that is confit in name only, more like a stale duck leg, so hard that it is uncutable. The waiter maintains that it's a matter of taste... Salad too salty, vegetables served cold, sent back and reserved the same. I ended up asking for fried eggs: so poorly cooked that it seemed like a joke! But who cooks? We understand why this huge restaurant is almost empty even though it was one of the few open on the quays.
The manager kindly canceled my dish and I wished her good luck with such a dish…

04/04/2024: We were the first clients in early afternoon, after we arrived the place was completely full tables.
Food is very delicious, we tried 3 crepes, we had a little inconvenient with one of them but the waiter quickly solved the problem.
We will be back for sure if we got the chance to visit Bordeaux again

Friendly staff, very fast service.
My husband's burger was good but the fries were undercooked.
I ask for chicken but I specify that I am gluten intolerant and when my plate arrives I find the brown sauce linked so I call back the young girl who is going to ask the question and in fact the sauce is linked to the flour... mistakes that could be costly for allergy sufferers.
The chicken was not soft, rather dry.
