15/03/2026: A small place but with a great selection of wines. We ordered glasses to try them, and if you're unsure what to order, it's a good place to start, but it's quite expensive. I recommend buying a bottle if you want to share a cake with friends. The service from the young woman was excellent and very attentive; she explained the wines well and gave great advice.
14/03/2026: A superb experience! Antoine gave us excellent advice and introduced us to a variety of wines. Great atmosphere, highly recommended!

08/07/2026: A wonderful discovery in Bordeaux! I had the dish of the day, a perfectly cooked and seasoned fish: it was delicious! The strawberry dessert was also delightful, in short, I highly recommend this restaurant!
06/07/2026: I'm truly impressed by the warm welcome and attention to detail at this restaurant! The view of the museum next door adds to the lovely ambiance of this vintage setting. The value for money is absolutely fair; I was served with a smile and felt right at home.

12/06/2026: Passing through Bordeaux, I happened to eat at this very friendly bistro. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming, and the meal was delicious. I highly recommend it.

02/06/2026: A cook who clearly doesn't know how to cook, but who undoubtedly means well, is clearly not a professional. The same goes for the waiters; I had to get up several times to order. The food was expensive and not good. It deserves a zero. The only positive point is the location.

20/05/2026: Well located at the end of a bustling street, Le Grill au Thym has an excellent menu with delicious food, skillfully plated and presented. The advice on the menu offerings and wind pairing was wonderful, the service exceptional and the food very well priced for the quality and quantity. We were 4 people and left very happy and full. We highly recommend a visit to this resto!

15/05/2026: We went in and asked for a table for seven, and the waitress was unpleasant, just because we were foreigners. I asked her, "Is the kitchen open?" She said "no," without any explanation. It was strange because we saw other people eating at the same time. Then, since the kitchen was closed, we only ordered drinks. After we ordered, she said, "Four drinks for seven people, you shouldn't stay long." It was really unfriendly, and on top of that, it was the worst cappuccino I've ever had, and it cost me five euros. I strongly advise against going there because she was rude.

07/07/2026: As part of a training course, I had the opportunity to have lunch at this establishment and I was very satisfied.
The service is quick and efficient: a starter and a main course are served in just 45 minutes, which is ideal when you're short on time.
The value for money is excellent, with a set menu at €17.50 including a starter and a main course, or a main course and a dessert.
The cuisine is varied, fresh, and the portions are generous. The staff is dynamic, professional, and welcoming.
I highly recommend it.

01/07/2026: The waiter was quite rude. Asking me whether I was going to lunch or not (at 11 in the morning, I know it's France but omg, at 11 a.m).
What bothered me was how harshly he said it. Then he gave me the wrong change and kept part of it. I found it so pathetic that I didn't say anything. Honestly, wouldn't go back. The coffee was average, and the views are nothing special...
24/06/2026: Beautiful café with retro-inspired decor. Inside, the lighting is dim and the music is just the right volume; outside, numerous tables are a bit too close together. The service is absolutely courteous and friendly, but a bit slow.
Overall, a lovely historic place to visit and sit down. I prefer the inside.

22/05/2026: Had an incredibly delicious meal and very knowledgeable and friendly service in a beautiful location. Excellent value for money. The wines too. We even went back a second time. Also for a drink or the super tasty ice creams! You won't find that anywhere else for that price. This place deserves a better score!

19/06/2026: I have rarely been so poorly received in a restaurant in France. Arriving with a group of 14, we were told that, given our condition, we wouldn't be welcome. To be perfectly honest, we were in more than decent shape and we didn't understand this appalling reception (and that's putting it mildly). Very disappointed in the management of the establishment. We'll have a much better evening at Le Gueuleton, 5 Place du Palais. The owner of L'Entrepôte deserves a good lesson in etiquette from this establishment, which exudes a class that L'Entrepôte will probably never experience. Well done to L'Entrepôte, which just lost 2000 francs and exceptional memories of friends who simply wanted to have a good time.

The prices are outrageous...
But on top of that, the food wasn't good.
The set menu: chicken tikka masala without sauce, not cooked through, it seemed like the chicken had been boiled and quickly rolled in a curry spice mix.
The rice (two tablespoons and no more) was cold and overcooked.
No, I won't be going back.
The Coke was cold.
