16/12/2024: Passing through the city center and in front of Le Bistrot des Grands Hommes, the dish of the day tempts us.
The room is full, so we have a drink on the outdoor terrace while a table becomes available.
Beautiful flank steak with pepper sauce, homemade fries + bowl of salad for €14. Honestly, the quality/price ratio is unbeatable.
A rum baba for dessert which, as we were told when ordering, is not really one since it is made on the basis of the financiers they make to serve with the coffees. Well soaked, this dessert is very good. Rum baba-style financier.
Everything is homemade, the welcome and the service are perfect.
12/12/2024: I think the bistrot des grands hommes is one of the best coffees in Bordeaux.
It has recently been completely renovated with taste and very high quality.
The sound and musical ambiance is perfect.
The server Loïc is incredibly helpful and friendly.
The room and the terrace are both very pleasant.
The coffee is good. The espresso and the long coffee are both charged at €2.20, the same price as the other cafés on the square, with the exception of another which charges them at €2.50.
Coffee is served with a delicious homemade financier.
A truly perfect moment.

Lots of things for activities for children and adults
super good soaps and round soap suspensions especially with a rustic and old-fashioned design
My mom is very happy to have finally found some after so many years.
And thank you to the seller and advisor who informed me about the different French soaps with a lot of patience following my deafness.
The cashier can be the boss, is very smiling, patient and welcoming.
I highly recommend taking a trip there.

29/12/2023: Està lluny del centre (ubicat a les afores, com en un polígon). Però hi ha un tramvia que et porta en 25 minuts al centre.
El tramvia passa regularment (cada 10 minuts)
Les zones comunes del menjador estan molt bé, l'esmorzar també (no hi ha gaire res calent), però l'habitació per 4 era molt petita i el wc no massa net. Faltava pulcritud.
24/12/2023: Chambre pas récente mais propre et fonctionnelle. Literie extrêmement confortable.
Service d'étage au top et très attentionné.
Petit déjeuner varié et de bonne qualité. Fontaine à eau plate ou gazeuse en libre service. Machine à café également semble t il ?
Cuisine de l hôtel de bonne qualité avec un bémol sur certains desserts qui ne sont pas du tout ceux annoncés (menu pour pro dans un forfait).
Petit bémol également concernant l'attitude de certains serveurs/serveuses: paroles devant les clients ou en cuisine, manque d'amabilitéet d'adaptabilité...se fiche qu'on puisse d'ailleurs les entendre

11/08/2024: We dined here at the recommendation of a good friend who is an international wine guide with extensive knowledge of the region. Of all of our Bordeaux restaurant visits, Cent 33 topped our list. Creative, delicious, gorgeously presented bites with impeccable service adds up to a winning evening in our book. Wine parings we fantastic and each course was wonderfully prepared and presented. Highly recommend if you're in the area and congratulations to the team at Cent 33 for creating such a wonderful experience

30/08/2024: Very good lunch for my birthday on August 23 with my 90 year old Mom. She who doesn't like risotto really enjoyed it! Tiramisu also very good for me who doesn't like desserts! We had a great time and the server was attentive. I will come back as a neighbor to have dinner with friends.
27/08/2024: Sympathique restaurant de quartier qui vient de changer de propriétaire. Rue calme et petite terrasse agréable, des plats simples et bons, un patron qui vous accueille avec le sourire. Parfait pour la pause déjeuner !

12/09/2024: Arrivé un samedi soir après un match de rugby, je dois vraiment féliciter les deux serveurs de ce resto qui ont fait preuve de beaucoup de courage face au cuisinier complètement ivre qui les a insulté devant toute la salle, il aurait mieux fait de s occuper de ses cuissons de viande.
Ils sont restés souriant et très pro devant un fou furieux limite violent 😱
