26/08/2026: We were lucky enough to celebrate an event in this absolutely idyllic setting, and we couldn't have dreamed of anything better! ✨ The setting is magnificent, the food is delicious, and the team took excellent care of us from beginning to end, always with kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism. A huge thank you for everything. We wholeheartedly recommend this place!

14/08/2026: A Little Foodie Recap Nestled in the heart of the wild coastline on the right bank, this little haven of greenery truly deserves to be discovered. The welcome and service are a real highlight: smiling, attentive, and kind, with a very pleasant atmosphere. As for the food, there were some lovely surprises and a few minor drawbacks. The green hummus amuse-bouche was perfect, as was the perfectly cooked egg. The sea bream tartare, however, could have been a bit more refined, particularly in the chopping of the shallots. For the main courses, the duck was unfortunately a little overcooked, and the sauces, in our opinion, lacked richness and complemented the poultry well. The fish, on the other hand, was perfectly executed. For dessert, the raspberry-blackberry tartlet was good, even if the shortcrust pastry could have been a little crispier. A big favorite was the chocolate-pistachio mendiant, absolutely perfect! A slight disappointment also came with the aperitif: the "Freshness" mocktail lacked zest and tasted more like a very diluted syrup. The glass of rosé was also rather disappointing. In the end, despite these minor drawbacks, we had a very good time. The atmosphere, the setting, and the friendliness of the staff really make you want to come back. A lovely little green oasis to discover, with just a few more tweaks in the kitchen to make the experience truly top-notch!

31/08/2026: The service was very slow. The pollock dish was very poorly prepared; there were hardly any vegetables on the plate. We left the table hungry.

21/08/2026: Very pleasant setting. Terrace facing the theater. Quick and very professional service. We had hanger steaks, which were excellent. The price is relatively high, but justified by the quality of the food, the service, and the ambiance.

The only downside to our experience was that the crab was frozen, which is a shame because for the prices they charge, you expect fresh crab. Sometimes these places forget that some of us can tell the difference between a fresh crab and a frozen one.

23/09/2026: During our two-week stay in Bordeaux, we discovered Bistrot des Anges. As a result, we went back every day for the entire two weeks, a total of eight times! The welcome is incredibly friendly, a smile is guaranteed, and the service is efficient yet allows you plenty of time to savor the simply divine cuisine at an affordable price (€24 for a main course, starter, and dessert). Each dish is presented with vibrant colors, a true work of art, and the flavors are a delight for the taste buds. The three starters, three of the five main courses, and the three desserts change daily. Everything was excellent. A huge thank you to their chef(s) for these moments of culinary bliss. Don't hesitate to make a reservation; the restaurant was packed every day.
