They informed us three days later that there was no availability because we booked through a gift box.
Avoid at all costs!
03/03/2026: We went to lunch at this inn after learning it had won the prize for best vol-au-vent at the Strasbourg European Fair. While the vol-au-vent was indeed good, with veal and poultry, at €32 or €33 a plate, it was still a bit pricey! It's a shame because the other dishes on offer are significantly cheaper and just as good. I'd be curious to know the price of this dish before the competition. As it is, you get the unpleasant feeling of being the chicken that's been plucked. What a pity!

13/07/2024: Ce restaurant que j’ai connu depuis plus de 20 années, avait la réputation d’être l’une des meilleures tables du canton vert.
Mais à nous sommes tombé de haut. Les prix sont restés au niveau d’un semi-gastro, cependant les plats, toutefois bien présentés, n’ont eu pour nous aucun intérêt gustatif.
Un demi-œuf avec de la mayonnaise posé sur une feuille de salade en guise d’amuse bouche… vaudrait s’abstenir.
L’accueil était correct, les serveuses sympathique, cependant le service manque de professionnalisme.

04/09/2024: An address that you would like to keep to yourself, that's how wonderful it is at Alisiers.
If you can do without a pool and spa, this is the place for you. You can enjoy breathtaking views from the restaurant, the terrace and some rooms, as well as light, local, tasty cuisine with vegetables from their own garden. There are excellent wine recommendations to accompany the meal.
But above all, the warm owners Caroline and Matthias Degouy create a feel-good atmosphere without being intrusive. The charm of this hotel-restaurant is incomparable. Of course, the beds are very comfortable, the towels are fluffy and the rooms are absolutely clean. It's just difficult to leave because you don't want to leave.
Lapoutroie is an ideal starting point for hikes or visits to beautiful villages and towns in Alsace.
We would like to thank Caroline, Matthias, Benoit, Jeanne and the entire team for an unforgettable celebration. Everything was perfect!
