17/03/2024: What a pleasant stay! Very pretty room with balcony, magnificent view from the hotel over Mont Blanc. The staff is very friendly and available. The restaurant is good and the waiters are always smiling. The location is great. My son loved the games next door and the proximity of the cable car which takes us to Mont d'Arbois with a breathtaking view of the Macif du Mont Blanc with a children's course. Saint Gervais is 5 minutes away by car, or by cable car (10 minutes on foot is enough to get to the Mont Blanc Tramway station). Chamonix is ​​about half an hour by car. Everything was perfect, apart from the very cold swimming pool but very nice location! My son loved the little touches from the cleaning lady every day by placing his cuddly toys on his made bed. Breakfast is quite complete. Just missing a little hot chocolate

22/02/2024: We spent 5 pleasant days at the hotel. The people at reception are attentive and provide useful information on activities and modes of travel. We hope that on our next visit the swimming pool will be open.

26/02/2024: We had a great time at the Mont-joly refuge. A friendly place without preemption, you feel at home. We had very good food, reasonable prices and 100% home-made cuisine. I really recommend. The only small downside which causes the loss of the 5th star is the filet mignon which does not come from France but from Spain, which is a shame!

We came by last week, Friday around 5 p.m., we wanted a snack but there wasn't much left, the waitress immediately found a solution and made us try the chocolate cake and apple crumble left over from the midday, it was a delight! Accompanied by equally good tea and coffee. I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome because as a tourist you always have surprises but this was really friendly! THANKS !

30/03/2024: I came with a friend on March 29 after a last good day of skiing, the Viennese chocolate was delicious. On the other hand, at the end of the afternoon, there were very few cakes left on the menu. Nevertheless, I was pleasantly surprised by the "torch" and my friend by the vanilla flan.

Once we arrive to take our order, she tells us that we have 5 minutes to decide without having had a card. And when we tell her that we've been waiting for the menu for a while, she dares to say no, it's not true (even though she served a table next door, arriving after us in the meantime) and leaves, turning her back in the middle of it. conversation. 15/03/2024: Welcome and friendly staff. Big downside for the dish of the day “haddock fillet with small vegetables” but it’s more of a lot of small vegetables with a little haddock fillet. Fortunately the bread is excellent so can be eaten dry. Maybe I came on the wrong day.

We went up on snowshoes: entry refused with our hiking shoes around 2:30 p.m. even though there weren't many people there (20 to 30 people on the terrace!) Note the professionalism (of the musicians, singers, dancers and DJs) when you have to “perform” for so few people!

03/03/2024: The food is great but the atmosphere and the views are amazing. I was not impressed by the service but they changed my steak all three times I complained about how it was cooked. Eventually I enjoyed it medium rare!

28/02/2024: Service was slow, staff couldn’t care one bit, forgot the order after chasing numerous times. Could have got better service in McDonalds. Food was poor and over priced, such a shame
