23/02/2026: Great meal with friends, meat cooked over the fireplace, dishes served on torpedo-shaped platters, no fuss, just a relaxed, homey atmosphere. The food was delicious and the place felt great.
Special mention for the croustades – they were simply incredible! A great place to remember.
22/02/2026: Traditional cuisine with generous portions. No reservations needed and served quickly! Highly recommended.

21/03/2026: We've never eaten such bland and tasteless garbure as at this establishment, which was running at full capacity at the time! Garbure without meat... better in a hospital.
No choice of dessert. The service was adequate, but no gesture of goodwill and expensive for the quality. I do not recommend it.
20/03/2026: A warm welcome, the lamb chops were perfectly cooked, pink, just as we had requested.
The bill was very reasonable, despite the chops being a bit extra: €58 for two set menus, starter, main course, dessert, with two drinks and two coffees.
We were served quickly, but we were the first ones there.
Pleasantly surprised for a restaurant located in a very touristy area.

15/02/2026: Passing through Payolle, after a short sledding session we decided to stop for a coffee. But given the warm welcome from the whole team, we ended up staying for dinner. And it was delicious! 🤪 Great atmosphere, an excellent memory. We'll be back. Thank you to the whole team. Greetings from the Arcachon Basin.

20/03/2026: As mentioned in several reviews, the service isn't exactly the establishment's strong point. I think you'd be treated better if you ordered the set menu, but at almost 3 pm, I only had a crepe, which wasn't bad, by the way...

14/08/2024: Proche du pic du midi et au départ du Tourmalet l endroit est idéal merci a Laeticia pour ces conseils pour découvrir le pic du midi ,nous étions près des étoiles et nous avons pu en envoyer quelques unes bien mérité pour cette auberge,merci encore a toute la famille.
11/06/2024: C’est auberge est familiale avec des repas faits maison . Tout y est très bon. Les patrons et leur grande fille sont d’une gentillesse rare . Nous nous sentons très bien dès l’entrée dans le jardin qui regorge de belles fleurs . Cette charmante auberge est restée sous son charme naturel. C’est très agréable ,propre et chaleureux . Notre chambre a été parfaite et reposante.
