08/09/2025: Awful buffet: nothing is homemade, everything is processed and of poor quality. There are so few customers that some products are out of date (the blueberry pie is downright moldy, and they dare to leave it on the buffet). I have photos available for anyone who wants them (and possibly the DCCRF!)
They don't even know how to make kir, filling the small one with ice cubes to put even less in.
No professionalism, no respect for the customer.
We understood, unfortunately a little late, why we were the only customers on a Saturday lunchtime when the weather was very nice.

20/10/2025: One Saturday night in Gèdres, everything was closed except the pizzeria and this restaurant! We chose this restaurant and were not disappointed. Very warm welcome, delicious food! I had the duck breast and the blueberry soufflé crepe, and it was delicious!
I highly recommend it!

18/08/2024: We don't use the hotel just the restaurant. Although it was 2:15 p.m. and other places no longer served food, this restaurant has some dishes, very delicious salads, that are served at any time.
17/08/2024: Passing through Gèdre coming down from Gavarnie around 2 p.m., we were welcomed with smiles and kindness by all the staff.
The meal, from a limited menu, is very good and plentiful.
Thanks for everything.
We will definitely come back.
